I stopped recieving the Filer Files sometime last year, but for some reason I recieved a couple recently. I found a couple articles most interesting so I thought I would share them with you. The second article has an interesting bit about how ufo might move (geomagnetism) and the third is an interesting article about the "hybrid project".

General Nathan Twining Says UFOs are Real
In 1947, Commander General Nathan Twining signed Air Material Command's message that UFOs were real. As requested by AC/AS-2 there is presented below the considered opinion of this command concerning the so-called "Flying Discs":
a. The phenomenon reported is something real and not visionary or fictitious.
b. There are objects probably approximately the shape of a disc, of such appreciable size as to appear to be as large as man-made aircraft.
c. There is the possibility that some of the incidents may be caused by natural phenomena, such as meteors.
d. The reported operating characteristics such as extreme rates of climb, maneuverability (particularly in roll), and action which must be considered evasive when sighted or contacted by friendly aircraft and radar, lend belief to the possibility that some of the objects are controlled either manually, automatically or remotely. Canadian Archives Reveal Government Project Magnet, 1952
Shirley's Bay, Ontario -- In 1950, a senior radio engineer from the Department of Transport, Wilbert B. Smith, made a request to his superiors to make use of a laboratory and the department's field facilities in a study of unidentified flying objects (UFOs) and the physical principles connected to them. Smith spearheaded Project Magnet with the purpose of studying, among other occurrences, magnetic phenomena, which he believed would open up a new and useful technology.
The goals of Project Magnet were fueled by the concepts of geomagnetism, and the belief that it may be possible to use and manipulate the Earth's magnetic field as a propulsion method for vehicles. Tests conducted by Smith were reported in November 1951 and they stated that sufficient energy was abstracted from the Earth's field to operate a voltmeter at 50 milliwatts. Smith believed he was on the "track of something that may prove to be the introduction to a new technology." Smith believed that there was a correlation between his studies and investigations into UFOs: "...the existence of a different technology is borne out by the investigations which are being carried on at the present time in relation to flying saucers.. I feel that the correlation between our basic theory and the available information on saucers checks too closely to be mere coincidence" (Smith, Geo-Magnetics, Department of Transport, November 21, 1950).
It was believed by both Smith and other government departments involved, that there was much to learn from UFOs. Investigations into these sightings and interviews with the observers were the starting point for Project Magnet. In connection with the establishment of Project Magnet, members of other government agencies formed a committee solely dedicated to "flying saucer" reports. This committee was sponsored by the Defense Research Board and called "Project Second Story." Its main purpose was to collect, catalogue and correlate data from UFO sighting reports. In a summary of 1952 sighting reports, Smith noted common significant characteristics of UFOs: "They are a hundred feet or more in diameter; they can travel at speeds of several thousand miles per hour; they can reach altitudes well above those which should support conventional air craft or balloons; and ample power and force seem to be available for all required maneuvers" (Smith, Project Magnet report, 1952, p. 6).
In his closing, Smith stated, "Taking these factors into account, it is difficult to reconcile this performance with the capabilities of our technology, and unless the technology of some terrestrial nation is much more advanced than is generally known, we are forced to the conclusion that the vehicles are probably extra-terrestrial, in spite of our prejudices to the contrary." (Smith, Project Magnet report, 1952, p. 6).
It was with these goals in mind that Smith set up an observatory in Shirley's Bay, Ontario, ten miles outside of Ottawa. Based on the conclusions of the 1952 sighting report, Smith thought that these vehicles would emit physical characteristics that could be measured. In October of 1952, he set up the observatory to attempt to measure magnetic or radio noise disturbances. Many more sighting reports were investigated by Project Magnet, but in 1954, the project was shut down. Considered a world expert in electromagnetism and Director of Project Magnet, Wilbert B. Smith states, “I made discrete inquiries through the Canadian Embassy staff in Washington who were able to obtain for me the following information;
a. The matter is the most highly classified subject in the United States Government, rating higher even than the H-bomb,
b. Flying saucers exist.
c. Their modus operandi is unknown but concentrated effort is being made by a small group headed by Dr. Vannavar Bush.
d. The entire matter is considered by the United States authorities to be of tremendous significance. I was further informed that the United States authorities are investigating along quite a number of lines which might possibly be related to the saucers such as mental phenomena and I gather that they are not doing too well since they indicated that if Canada s doing anything at all in geo-magnetics they would welcome a discussion with suitably accredited Canadians.”
A Picture We May Not Wish to Gaze Upon
David Jacobs, PhD., Temple University writes: “The babies look like a mixture of human and alien.” Some look more alien, some more human, and most a balanced mixture. Budd Hopkins coined the term “hybrid” to describe them. But what was the purpose of creating these children? Although at first there appeared to be no evidence for a motivation, the evidence was there; it just took some years of digging to find it. The first clue came to me in a session with a young abductee in the mid-1990s. She had been engaged in conversations with an adult hybrid male who visited her often and whom she had known since she was a child. She would see this hybrid both onboard a UFO and in her home setting. During the conversations, she asked him about his mother and father. He told her his father was like him, and his mother was like her. Suddenly I realized the concept of hybridization was different than I had envisioned. I had originally thought the aliens would take an egg and sperm, put them together, then alter or add something—perhaps DNA—to the zygote, and then implant it in the woman. Eventually, it would grow into a hybrid whose appearance fit on a bell-shaped curve: Some of the offspring would look mainly alien, some mainly human, and most would look like an even mixture of both alien and human. But what her hybrid said was different than that, and I began to realize the hybridization process was far more complex than what I had originally imagined.
What I posited was that rather than adding just alien DNA to the fertilized ova, the DNA from a hybrid is put in that zygote. What results is a skewed bell-shaped curve where more of the offspring look human-like, less look in the middle, and less look alien-like. When the aliens repeat that process enough, the product is hybrids in various stages of increasingly human appearance. I have arbitrarily divided these hybrids into early-stage, middle-stage, late-stage, and human-stage hybrids. The early-stage ones look quite alien, although they have some hair, they are very thin, and they have large black eyes with a little bit of white corneas in the eyes. They have very thin, wispy hair and oddly shaped faces with pointed chins. Their bodies are thin as well. They are seldom seen outside the confines of a UFO, in which they do tasks required of them to help out with the abduction program. The middle-stage hybrids look more human. They have large black eyes with more white showing. They have thin, but more, hair. They have bodies that are not so thin. They also help with abduction procedures.
The late-stage hybrids are attached to abductees as personal friends and help the abductees to learn to work projects for “the future.” They are seen in public and can often pass for human. They live onboard the UFOs and make forays into normal human life as part of the abduction program. They do not have a life here among us. The human-stage hybrids mainly deal with abductees in their normal human environment. They are, on the surface, indistinguishable from humans. They have different biological and neurological processes than humans that give them special abilities, such as being able to control humans. Most hybrids onboard a UFO can be identified by their clothes, which I call “hybrid garb.” For the females, it is a pull-over shift, usually with three-quarter length sleeves, that comes to about six inches above the floor. The males wear slacks and a top, both of which are usually beige or off-white. Early- and middle-stage hybrids almost always wear this type of clothing. The late-stage hybrids onboard an object may at times wear the same hybrid outfit, but more often they wear regular human casual clothes. The human-stage hybrids wear human clothes. Unidentified Aerial Phenomena were spotted over: Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois Kentucky, Massachusetts, Nevada, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, and Texas. UFOs were also seen in Antarctica, Argentina, Bolivia, Canada, Mexico, Portugal, South Korea and the UK/ England.
These Files assume that extraterrestrial intelligent life not only exists, but my hypothesis is that the over two hundred UFOs reported each week represent technologically advanced spacecraft conducting surveillance of Earth. I personally became interested in UFOs when I chased one over England when flying for the US Air Force. I've been investigating them ever since. The US Air Force under Project Blue Book investigated UFOs for more than twenty years, we continue this research. I believe God of the universe has spread life throughout the cosmos and UFO?s are visiting us in ever increasing numbers.

French Cometa Report "UFOs and Defense: “What Should We Prepare For?"
High-level French officials - including retired generals from the French Institute of Higher Studies for National Defense (IHEDN), a government-financed strategic planning agency – several years ago took a giant step in openly challenging skepticism about UFOs and ask "What should we prepare for?"
1. In a report based on a three-year study, they concluded that "numerous manifestations observed by reliable witnesses could be the work of craft of extraterrestrial origin" and that, in fact, the best explanation is "the extraterrestrial hypothesis." The COMETA Report 2000 was prefaced by General Bernard Norlain of the Air Force, former Director of the IHEDN.
The preamble was by Andre’Lebeau, former President of the National Center for Space Studies (Centre National D’études Spatiales), or CNES. The authors of the report were an association of experts, many of whom were or had been auditors (defence and intelligence analysts) of IHEDN. The group was presided over by General Denis Letty of the Air Force, another former of IHEDN. General Bruno Lemoine, Air Force (former analyst of IHEDN)
• Admiral Marc Merlo, (in the United States of IHEDN), Michel Algrin, Doctor in Political Sciences, attorney at law (former auditor of IHEDN), General Pierre Bescond, engineer for armaments (former auditor of IHEDN), Denis Blancher, Chief National Police superintendent at the Ministry of the Interior, Christian Marchal, chief engineer of the National Corps des Mines and Research Director at the National Office of Aeronautical Research (ONERA), General Alain Orszag, Ph.D. in physics, armaments engineer. Outside contributors included Jean-Jacques Velasco, head of SEPRA at CNES, François Louange, President of Fleximage, specializing in photo analysis, and General Joseph Domange, of the Air Force, general delegate of the Association of Auditors at IHEDN.
The French group reached that conclusion after examining nearly 500 international aeronautical sightings and radar/visual cases, and previously undisclosed pilots' reports. They drew on data from official sources, government authorities, and the air forces of other countries. In its conclusion, COMETA claims that the physical reality of UFOs, under control of intelligent beings, is "quasi certain". Only one hypothesis takes into account the available data: the hypothesis of extraterrestrial visitors. This hypothesis is of course unproved, but has far-reaching consequences. The report states that there have been ''visits often for hours above secret installations and missile bases'' and ''military aircraft shadowed.''
The goals of these alleged visitors remain unknown but must be the subject of speculations and prospective scenarios. In its final recommendations, it stresses again the need to : 1) inform all decision-makers and persons in position of responsibility; 2) reinforce means of investigation and study at SEPRA; 3) have UFO detection taken into account by agencies engaged in of space surveillance; 4) create a strategic cell at the highest state level ; 5) undertake diplomatic action toward the Unites States for cooperation on this "capital question"; 6) study measures which might be necessary in case of emergencies.
Finally, this document is accompanied by seven interesting annexes -1 Radar detection in France -2 Observations by astronomers -3 Life in the Universe -4 Colonization of space -5 The Roswell case - The disinformation (an interesting text which will be criticized by some readers, and welcomed by others, including myself) -6 Antiquity of the UFO phenomenon. Elements for a chronology.-7 Reflexion on various psychological, sociological and political aspects of the UFO phenomenon. The findings are contained in a 90-page report titled "UFOs and Defense: "What Should We Prepare For?" Italy: Air Force Head concedes UFOs possibly ET craft
ROME -- Last year more UFO sightings were recorded in Italy than any year. Now an Air Force chief is conceding that aliens might be behind UFO incidents. General Roberto Di Giorgio, head of security for the Italian Air force commented to Italian media outlets that all 38 cases recorded by the Air Force are ones that have no immediate explanation. He stressed We cannot rule out the possibility of extraterrestrial intelligence (in relation to these sightings)" although noted also that We cannot prove that ETs are behind these sightings".
The Vatican has recently warmed up to the idea of life on other planets and UFOs are often photographed above Saint Peter's Basilica as shown here when the Pope John Paul died.
In 2008, three sightings of interest were seen by the Air Force or picked up on their radars. The first and perhaps the most interesting occurred on March 2, where ‘a spherical object, colored white and glowing with a red halo was seen flying at around 200 meters above ground over Teresina’. On September 27, the pilot of an airliner saw and reported a white spherical UFO crossing the sky to his west. A civil airline on October 15 noticed a black object near Naples following it leaving a grey trail. A white spherical object was seen on November 16 both from the ground and by pilots of an Airliner. Asteroid 2009 DD45 Plays Chicken with Earth
SYDNEY – It could have put an end to our worries about the economy and those sharks at Sydney, Australia beaches. At 12.40 AM on March 3 2009, the city slept, a previously unknown asteroid swept about 60,000 kilometres over the south-western Pacific. In astronomical terms it was a close call. Estimated to be between 30 metres and 50 metres wide, it passed almost seven times closer than the moon. "No object of that size, or larger, has been observed to come closer to the Earth," said Rob McNaught, of the Siding Spring Observatory. In 1908 an object possibly up to 50 metres across flattened some 2000 square kilometres of Siberian forest.
“If it had crashed into the ocean "I imagine it would produce a tsunami", Mr. McNaught said. Funded by NASA to search for asteroids bigger than one kilometre across, Mr. McNaught spotted the object on Friday night. Within 24 hours astronomers had calculated it would narrowly miss the planet.
Mr. McNaught said as the asteroid approached Earth yesterday morning it had glowed 5000 times brighter than on Friday night. UFO Alien Invasion
Every day there are dozens reports of UFOs seeming to take electrical power, minerals, water and foodstuffs and even abducting people. The abductees claim to be receiving warnings of serious trouble, wars, and natural disasters in the near future. Alien intelligence is becoming more bold with the highest number of sightings reported in Italy, Canada, and the UK. Thousands of people are being reported missing both on land and water. Dr. Jacobs and other researchers claim alien intelligences are intermingling with the Earth's population, they are here for their own purposes that may threaten human life. The Dead Sea Scrolls reveal there is a galactic war between the sons of light and sons of darkness. The Mayan Celestial Calendar Codes inexplicably ends on December 21, 2012, perhaps predicting the end times. It’s possible the UFO phenomenon knows something such as an asteroid heading this way.
Consider yourself in a position of authority, who receives highly classified knowledge of an alien threat to Earth. You must ponder if a hostile extraterrestrial invasion of Earth is a legitimate fear? The aliens who are likely superior to us could destroy the planet with advanced weapons or release biological weapons. The AIDS or flu epidemics may have been alien attacks or experiments. The thousands of abductees do not generally report the aliens are helpful, in fact they often conduct surgery, create pain, and deliberately cause harm. They apparently have mission to accomplish that involves their life and death and their future preservation.
The UFOs operate hidden as much as is possible for large craft and their methods indicate an aggressive invasion of earth with weapons is unlikely. If they should choose to destroy the Earth or its human population their advanced technology would likely be capable of doing so. However, they may choose to be selective bringing in HIV, flu’s or advanced viruses to wipe out certain groups. An advanced alien society is more likely to use subterfuge, deception, and trickery. They seem to operate as tricksters. We could be watching alien operations without determining their real objectives.

We can assume that aliens who look like humans with their superior intellect would easily rise to important positions in government and business. There has often been discussion of good or evil aliens. We do receive periodic reports of aliens healing and saving humans. Conversely thousands of people regularly disappear or are found dead under suspicious circumstances. The aliens use stratagems, stealth, camouflage, infiltration, invasion of privacy, and undercover techniques. They attempt to hide and operate secretly without authority. Clandestine abductions and cattle mutilations are thought to be the result of alien operations. Their technology appears as magic to us.
Presidents and key government leaders and abduction researchers almost universally have provided warnings concerning the alien intentions. During the Ford Administration, the Library of Congress for the House Committee on Science and Technology prepared a report in 1975 report warning about the possible threat of open contact with extraterrestrials. The report stated, "Since we have no knowledge of their nature, we may be aiding in our own doom"
A few great men such as the Cometa Frenchmen who have served their countries honorably in war and in positions of leadership have also tried to warn the public of the possible alien threat.
US General Douglas MacArthur warned cadets at his beloved West Point and the public of a possible alien invasion. He told the cadets, “Duty," "Honor," "Country" - those three hallowed words reverently dictate what you want to be, what you can be, what you will be.” He told of an “ultimate conflict between a united human race and the sinister forces of some other planetary galaxy;”
President Ronald Reagan a multi-millionaire actor, who had his own UFO sightings, warned the public on several occasions concerning the alien threat. Reagan showed his perception of UFOs at the United Nations General Assembly September 21st, 1987, when he stated,
"In our obsession with antagonisms of the moment, we often forget how much unites all the members of humanity. Perhaps we need some outside, universal threat to make us recognize this common bond. I occasionally think how quickly our differences worldwide would vanish if we were facing an alien threat from outside this world. And yet, I ask you," he went on, "is not an alien threat already among us?
President Reagan promoted the building of Strategic Defense Initiative (SDI) program, also known as "Star Wars" that many feel was designed to used against UFOs. The SDI defense shield was a complex set of radars, defensive lasers and missiles allegedly intended to shoot down Soviet ICBMs and the most expensive weapon system ever developed.
President Reagan publicly offered to give the Star Wars SDI defense shield to the Soviets who were building their own.
The Star Wars programs of both nations was the most expensive weapons systems ever developed and has now reached operational status.
On February 16, 1987, in an important speech, at a conference at Grand Kremlin Palace in Moscow on the "Survival of Humanity", Soviet Premier Gorbachev stated,
"At our meeting in Geneva, the U.S. President said that if the earth faced an invasion by extraterrestrials, the United States and the Soviet Union would join forces to repel such an invasion. I shall not dispute the hypothesis, although I think it’s early yet to worry about such an intrusion.
Reagan and Gorbachev Discussion
In May 1990, shortly before the fall of the Soviet Union Gorbachev made a second more direct statement about UFOs."The phenomenon of UFOs does exist," he stated, "and it must be treated seriously."
There is strong indication that several movies showing an alien threat such as the “Day the Earth Stood Still,” “Independence Day” and “Hangar 18” were encouraged by the government to prepare us for information on an alien threat.
Assuming abductions are happening on a daily basis the government is helpless to prevent them within our homes or on our roads. The only realistic method of stopping the abductions would be to destroy or cripple the UFOs while they are airborne. Many nations around the world such as Denmark, the UK, Brazil and Canada are releasing UFO files, letting the public know there is reality in the reports.
"It is obvious that the Earth is a special place that is ideal for intelligent life that is also desirable to other intelligent life in the universe."
David Jacobs writes, “The aliens are in the process of integrating into our planet and the secret agenda is profoundly ominous. An abductee will be told he or she has a specific job to do in the future. One of the most common jobs is crowd control. The abductee is to stand on a street and move people along—panicked humans, running and screaming. His job is to calm them, tell them it is okay, everything is going to be all right, just move this way, keep moving, keep moving this way.” I wrote about this in my book, “The Threat”, and I have had all sorts of accounts like this since. I think to myself, what does this mean?
There appears to be some sort of catastrophe coming. One abductee was told, “Soon all life will be changed. People will be different and apparently under alien control. Dr. David Jacobs one of our top researchers offers a grim vision of the future, he has put more pieces of the abduction puzzle together than any other investigator. I spoke with David recently and he is greatly concerned that the visitors have their own personal intentions, that will likely change Earth as we know it. They are by our standards probably the Sons of Darkness. Hopefully, there are other ET civilizations that are here to help humanity and do not have the same reproductive purposes and the desire to control. ET may have decided it is time to stop the wars and crime. There is probably no other way than to take over and eliminate those with these tendencies.
Hybrid Airships
PALMDALE, CALIFORNIA -- Lockheed Martin is the manufacturer of this hybrid airship that uses gas and a wing shape for lift and could be built larger than any known aircraft.
Plane spotters’ photos and videos blew the top-secret cover off a 5-minute inaugural flight of this hybrid airship whose first flight tested in 2006.
The design of the craft indicates that large classified airships may quietly roam the night skies. Hundreds of reports of triangles may be related to these craft that could carry large radar arrays and mobile weapons systems. These craft can hover at very low altitudes and fly at slow speeds.

California - Three Red/Orange Lights in a Shape of Triangle Moving Slowly
SAN DIEGO COUNTY -- On February 24, 2009, I was driving back home with my friend from Vijeas Casino when we saw these three red/orange lights in a shape of triangle. As we drove towards the lights we realized there is no mountain near the object. We stopped before getting to freeway at 1:15 AM and saw three red/orange lights moving slowly in triangular shape closer and closer. As the object got closer it was getting bigger and you could see it rotating slowly. About 1:30 AM the object started to disappear. First, one light disappeared, 15 seconds the second light slowly dimmed then the final one disappeared. It was a UFO, so we called 911 at 1:32 AM, and we reported it.
EL CAJON -- On February 24, 2009, my brother was heading east on Freeway 8 and spotted a UFO and called me on his cell at 1:15AM. I saw three bright red lights in the shape of a triangle in the east of San Diego moving northwest slowly. It started as an equilateral triangle, but looked like it was turning. Then the triangle began to get tighter at the bottom, and then returned to a more equal triangle. After ten minutes the lights began to flicker out, one at a time, starting with the top or the triangle, then the right bottom. I'm a 30 year old Security Guard, and have never seen anything like it. BUCKLEY AIR FORCE BASE -- On February 22, 2009, around 8 PM, my friend and I were sitting in the back yard when he noticed a bright light that was not moving in the sky. I took a look and thought it might be a plane, since we live next to the base. I went in to the house and grabbed my digital camera and took 16 pictures of the light with all different settings. I also grabbed my video camera and started filming it with normal and night vision on. The object moved slightly lower from where it first was and then stopped. I kept filming for 15 minutes and got kind of cold on the roof.
I got a bit cold and went back in the house and when I came back outside to check on the light and it was further away and a bit dimmer. A few seconds later it switched off and that is it. My mom and my friend all saw it as well. I used my Sony Cyber Shot Digital camera and one of the pictures was shot with High Sensitivity ISO 1000 and I think it’s the best one. Thanks to MUFON CMS
DENVER -- I was sitting in the hot tub looking at Orion the Hunter on March 1, 2009, and noticed a line of lights proceeding north moving faster than a polar satellite. They were dim considering the city light pollution at 5:25 PM,. After few seconds a V-shape was apparent with five lights on the underside of each wing? The V shape was wide, that is not chevron shaped, and there was no sound associated with the sighting. It disappeared behind my house and into the haze in the direction of Boulder. The entire event took less than 15 seconds. This is my third sighting of an unidentified object and I knew exactly what I was looking at, although different than the first two. Thanks to MUFON CMS
Connecticut - Flying Triangle
On February 22, 2009, we were driving and saw clearly what looked like bright headlights coming towards us from the south. We thought it was a low flying plane moving slowly. As we drove towards it seemed to slow then it stopped and hovered above the trees just to the left of the road. It was stationery for at least ten seconds and we could distinctly see a triangle shape with four lights. One was at the top and three across the bottom of the triangle. We rolled the window down to hear noise, but there was none. It took a 90 degree turn towards the east and slowly moved away from us. We turned the car around to get another look but it was gone. Illinois - Triangle Three Bright Orange Lights
TAMPICO TO GALENA -- On February 22, 2009, we left my friend’s house at 8: 30 and we were going back to college. We noticed blinking moving lights that were following us, and we got out at a Lookout Point for a better look. We got back in the car and I looked out the back window and the blinking thing started coming right at us. It got closer and shined this bright light and flew slowly over our parked car only 25 feet above us. My friend and I both drew pictures of what we saw and both look the same.

Kentucky - Black Disc
LEXINGTON -- On February 28, 2009, I was sitting on the swing and looked across the street and saw a black disc flying slightly above a 40 foot pine tree in the field outside our house. It was only a few hundred feet away and very low. At first I thought it was a large silent Frisbee as it wobbled and flew slowly across the street. Still wobbling it flew over some houses and went behind some trees. It climbed back over the trees and hovered and teetered at the same time without moving. Montana - Lights in the Sky Knock out Car Lights
HAYS -- The family was driving from Lewistown north to U.S. Highway 2 towards Havre about 8:35 PM on February 15, 2009, when they began having problems with their head lights. They would go off for ten seconds and then come back on. This cycle continued 3 or 4 times. They never had problems with the lights before. About 45 minutes later they noticed a huge flashing light in the northeast sky. The light was illuminating the "entire northeast sky." Later they stopped to get a better view of the light and the light began "moving in clicks" (witness description). The light would stop, descend some distance, and then stop again. The light was moving south and they eventually lost sight of it. The light was so bright that the witnesses could not look at it.
They later saw the Blaine County Sheriff who told them many strange aerial sightings had been occurring in the Hays area. Listen to Clip of Interview with One of Witnesses
Note: The witness was very sincere and I believe her story. She gave an accurate description of what she saw and certainly conveyed her fear of the experience. It is not known if the headlight problem was associated with the object or the phenomenon that the witnesses encountered. Given this description I have no idea what the witnesses sighted. Nevada-Disc Shaped Object
NELLIS AIR FORCE BASE -- We received an email from an individual requesting our assessment of the satellite image on Google Earth Area 51.dated December 2, 2006, (Per Google Earth Image Label). On Bombing Range - It is not known how this individual learned of the photo.
Note: This is a strange looking object. The dark spot on the terrain below the object is likely a shadow cast by the apparent ascending object. There is a white mass below the object. Could this be an exhaust puff or propellant trail? Another white rectangle is seen on the ground to the right of the apparent ascending object. I have seen other disk like objects captured on Google Earth Images. I believe that most of these Google Earth Images are taken by the Ikonos Satellite. New Jersey - Star-like, Triangle
SOUTHERN, NJ - On February 14, 2009, I observed three seemingly triangular objects flying very low over my home that had multiple lights that were flashing at consistent intervals. They made enough noise that I actually felt my house shake. At first I thought that they were army jets or helicopters, but I quickly realized that they were too low and not the right shape.
HAMMONTON -- After watching a movie on January 21 2009, I got up as I usually do every night at 11 PM, and went over to lock the kitchen door and saw three identical objects in the sky. I watched them for at least five minutes moving from south to north. The objects traveled not like a plane, rather they traveled almost with no effort, very calm and smooth and very slow. The three objects had a circular shape with three lights on each one. Two of the lights were a very bright white light and the other was a pinkish/red. The objects had an amber Glow/Tint around them. If you held your hand, arm’s length away, the space between each object was from my thumb to my pinky. As I was holding out my hand, if I brought my hand over the object to try to block it out, I could still see the amber glow residing around the object. Thanks to MUFON CMS
ATLANTIC CITY -- I was at my friend’s house and three of us were sitting outside on February 27, 2009, at midnight when we noticed three star shaped blinking lights that would appear and disappear. Right after the object disappeared the street light in front of her house went out and a bright neon blue light appeared in the sky. Everything was blue around us and very quiet. We were all shocked because the blue light had no explanation. Later on that night we were driving to Ocean City as we drove over the bridge we notice five red stars like objects in the sky again. They were changing formation from a line to a triangle. These objects would also disappear and reappear as they blinked. Thanks to MUFON CMS
JERSEY CITY - The Federal Aviation Administration says a piece of hot metal that crashed through the roof of a business on February 18, 2009, did not come from an airplane. FAA spokeswoman Arlene Salac says investigators examined the metal and determined it is made of cast iron, which is not used in airplanes. She says it's up to local authorities to determine where the object came from. Owner Al Smith was fork-lifting a sofa onto a wooden storage platform around 10 AM, at his moving company when he heard a sound he thought was a bomb.
RIDGEFIELD – I was walking our dog in town on February 25, 2009, and looked up into the sky to see a white/silver disc or cigar shaped object fairly high in the sky at 4:30 PM, moving toward me. The silent object had a row of six bright amber lights and I looked away for a moment and it disappeared. Thanks to MUFON CMS

Rhode Island - Triangle
PORTSMOUTH -- I was leaving my girlfriend's apartment on February 22, 2009, at 11:37 P.M. onto the second story deck I caught a quick glance of an object moving in the distant sky. It was on a north by north west heading. The object moved in a straight line away from me and out of sight behind the tree line with in a matter of five to ten seconds. It had three bright lights, one red in the center and two white lights one on each side of the red light. I didn't hear any sound. Connecting the dots the lights formed a triangle with the red light slightly above the two very bright white lights. The lights on the Newport Bridge were dim in comparison. Thanks to MUFON CMS
Texas – Grouping of Lights and Debris
CISCO – On Tuesday, February 24, 2009, I was driving south on Highway 183 three miles SE of town when I noticed through my truck window a grouping of very bright lights in the sky at an elevation of about 900 feet. I noticed five smaller amber lights clustered around a bright white light at 7:15 PM. I managed to get a detailed look at the lights that disappeared as I passed some trees. I drove through Cisco and headed south on Highway 206 and as I crossed over I-20, I again noticed amber lights in the distant SSE. The lights appeared to flash on and off at 7:28 PM, as I headed on south on 206 for 5-7 miles. The amber lights were flying south and flew a good distance in a matter of minutes. I made it to my destination and did not see the lights again.
DALLAS - A chunk of unidentified metal fell from the sky on February 24, 2009, a about 5:20 PM, and hit a Dallas home on the 7800 block of Buford Drive, according to Dallas police. The debris crashed through the roof of the house and passed through the second floor. According to investigators, the metal chunk weighs 6 pounds and has two large drill holes and looks similar to the object that fell on New Jersey.

Argentina - Flashes
RIO NEGRO ONLINE – Argentina news indicates that three unidentified objects entered the atmosphere with a tremendous flash that lit the skies from Alto Valle to the Cordilleran Lake region, on February 14, 2009, between 22:15 and 23:00 hours. It was confirmed by Roberto Figueroa, the director of Neuquén Astronomical Observatory and they suddenly saw how the entire sky become illuminated. He said: "We saw three very bright unidentified objects exploding upon entering the atmosphere." Bolivia - Aliens Observed?
SAMAIPATA RUINS -- My girlfriend and I went to Bolivia to visit the ruins when we saw a little man, not human walking on the ruins near the river. My girl friend asked me, “What is it?” Then three aliens appear up in the mountain near to the other. They have a different light than we know in our world. We ran to the river to clean our pants.
We walk up the mountain the other side of the river and watch a two or three lights across the mountain moving faster, very faster. We watch them make a stair in the air several times and heard a metallic noise.
I go back to the Samapata ruins in 1995, once more to try to contact the UFOs. We were sleeping in the house keeper ruins when students came at the middle of the night saying that they saw the aliens make camp but they had disappeared when we wake up. SCARBOROUGH – Paul writes, I took this photo on Monday, February 3, 2009, of a slow lingering helicopter moving south over the hydro-electric lines apparently looking for something. I had taken eight photos, and found a strange silver unknown object above the lines.
I have in the past noticed round black spheres over the hydro lines. This object appears to be two silver spheres attached together over the field hydro lines. In for a recharge maybe? Later at home in Oshawa about 10:45 PM, while driving home with my oldest son all power went out while passing Simcoe on Rossland heading west. The entire neighborhood went into total blackness. Once again, the timing of the power outage, along with location makes me wonder if the UFOs caused the power outage.
The coincidences continue, as do the presence of these low flying lingering black helicopters. This is my third picture, with an unknown near a black helicopter. At times they circle for hours as if looking for something. Thanks to Paul Michael Shishis
South Korea - UFO Sightings
SEOUL - My name is Zio Kim. A South Korean UFO researcher states, “I have witnessed UFOs three times.” The second time was the huge basketball shaped object that radiated light. It and a flight of birds flew together. I’m in the process of operating an UFO research cafe (cafe.daum.net/ufoseti). Our group has a photograph where the biggest issue occurred last year in our cafe. Portugal - White Cigar Shaped Object
On February 15, 2009, I was traveling on the highway, when my wife alerted me about a white object flying in the sky at 12:50 PM... It resembled a normal white aeroplane at first, but we could not see the any structure usually verified on the air planes, only a white object, without form. The principal evidence was it was moving four times the speed of a normal jet. After 3 or 4 minutes, the flying object disappeared. It was flying at over 500 feet and under cloud cover. UK/England -Fireball
READING -- I was traveling down the Birfield Road on February 15, 2009 at exactly 7 PM, when my Mother and I saw a strange very fast moving object in the sky. It made circular movements and hovered up and down whilst moving straight across the sky. It kind of looked like a jelly fish as it had a weird see through film around it and hovered in the sky like one. It was lower than an aircraft and moved completely different to one and was also slower at 200 Miles per hour! It looked like a fireball, kind of egg shaped but was very strange orangey red and yellow in color. It flew across the sky for about 2-3 minutes whilst I was heading towards a set of red lights. Then after several minutes it slowed down and then went straight into the sky and disappeared! Thanks to MUFON CMS

Canadian Defence Minister maintains UFOs 'Irrefutable'
TORONTO ' -- As far as I'm concerned, it's irrefutable."
Paul Hellyer is in his downtown Toronto office on a Saturday morning, just as he is the first five mornings of every week, still driven at 85 years of age.
Paul has been looking back on a remarkable career that once made him Canada's youngest member of Parliament, that took him to key cabinet posts in the governments of Lester Pearson and Pierre Trudeau and that had him run for the leadership of the two main national parties and even form his own political party. Paul Hellyer was Canada's Minister of National Defence, 1963-1967. He claims, "Humans will have to accept they are far from alone in this universe."
Hellyer's "irrefutable" evidence received a bit of pumping this past week. A Winnipeg group that tracks UFO sightings across Canada say 2008 produced a record number of sightings - 1,004 - a 25 per cent increase from the year before. Ontario and British Columbia were the hot spots, reporting 334 and 272.

House Minority Leader Ford Wanted Congress to Investigate UFOs
House Minority Leader Gerald Ford on March 25, 1966, proposed to Congress that they investigate the rash of reported sightings of unidentified flying objects in Michigan and other parts of the country. Ford said,
"I believe a congressional inquiry would be worthwhile because the American people are becoming alarmed by the UFO stories."
It didn't hurt his political chances and helped make his name a household word and later he became the 38th President, although he told me in his letter that he had served 25-1/2 years in the House.
"During my public career in Congress, as Vice President and President, I made various requests for any information on UFOs. The official authorities always denied the UFO allegations. As a result, I have no information that may be helpful to you."

Our Galaxy has Billions of Earths
BBC News reports, "Recent work at Edinburgh University indicates there could be one hundred billion Earth-like planets in our galaxy." A US conference has heard Dr Alan Boss of the Carnegie Institution of Science said many of these worlds could be inhabited by simple life forms. He was speaking at the annual meeting of the American Association for the Advancement of Science in Chicago. So far, telescopes have been able to detect just over 300 planets outside our Solar System but few of these would be capable of supporting life.
Most are gas giants like our Jupiter, and many orbit so close to their parent stars that any microbes would have to survive roasting temperatures. But, based on the limited numbers of planets found so far, Dr Boss has estimated that each Sun-like star has on average one "Earth-like" planet. This simple calculation means there would be huge numbers capable of supporting life. "Not only are they probably habitable but they probably are also going to be inhabited," Dr Boss told BBC News. "But I think that most likely the nearby 'Earths' are going to be inhabited with things which are perhaps more common to what Earth was like three or four billion years ago." That means bacterial life forms. Dr Boss estimates that NASA's Kepler mission, due for launch in March, should begin finding some of these Earth-like planets within the next few years. Edinburgh University tried to quantify how many intelligent civilizations might be out there. The research suggested there could be thousands of them. Liquid Water Recently Seen on Mars
Victoria Jaggard National Geographic News writes, "Strange globs seen on the landing strut of the Phoenix Mars Lander could be the first proof that modern Mars hosts liquid water." Images from the robotic craft show what appear to be liquid droplets growing, merging, and dripping on the lander's leg over the course of a Martian month.
Snow was recently recorded falling on Mars indicating the planet may be warmer than believed.Phoenix landed near Mars's North Pole last May, and several "self portraits" taken to assess the craft's health show material spattered on the legs. This substance is probably saline mud that splashed up as the craft landed; study leader and Phoenix co-investigator Nilton Renno of the University of Michigan told National Geographic News. Salt in the mud then absorbed water vapor from the atmosphere, forming the watery drops, Renno said. The water can stay liquid even in the frigid Martian arctic because it contains a high amount of perchlorates, a salt "with properties like the antifreeze used to melt snow here in Michigan," said Renno. Finding liquid water under these conditions carries possible implications for Mars's habitability, the scientists say. "As it cooled down toward the end of the mission and we're seeing the formation of frost everywhere, the drops almost disappear," he said. Thanks to National Geographic News
Mars - Possible Cities?
Norman Bryden writes, "NASA remains silent about extraterrestrial life on Mars. Rocket and robotic missions are planned for many years into the future, but none yet with intent to study what are clearly cities on Mars." Is it that no one wants to speak of this? Moon - With Four Unknowns in Formation
Russ Hamerly reports "While photographing the moon, Clinton Love believes he captured four UFOs flying in formation." Through the eyepiece of a telescope a camera captured four objects passed between the Earth and the Moon. The camera was on burst mode. Use the craters on the moon to notice how the objects are traveling. I was using color filters on my eyepiece, that is why the Moon looks orange and the objects appear as darker red dots on January 9, 2009. I am convinced that these dots in the photos are objects in the sky.

Alien life 'may exist among us'
Science reporter James Morgan for BBC News reports: Never mind Mars, alien life may be thriving right here on Earth, a major science conference has heard. Our planet may harbor forms of "weird life" unrelated to life as we know it, according to Professor Paul Davies, a physicist at Arizona State University.
This "shadow life" may be hidden in toxic arsenic lakes or in boiling deep sea hydrothermal vents, he says. He has called on scientists to launch a "mission to Earth" by trawling hostile environments for signs of bio-activity. Weird life could even be living among us, in forms which we don't yet recognize. "We don't have to go to other planets to find weird life." It could be right in front of our noses - or even in our noses," said the physicist. "It is entirely reasonable to expect we will find a shadow biosphere here on Earth, but nobody has actually taken the trouble to look. The cost is not expensive - it would be a fraction of the money we spend searching for extraterrestrial life."

A Picture We May Not Wish to Gaze Upon

For the past ten years abductees have been describing more hybrid activity onboard a UFO than they did before. The growth of hybrid activity is exceptionally significant when trying to discern the motivations for the abduction program. For a number of years I have heard reports of abductees taken into a room and their attention is directed to a screen-like device on a wall on which they might see images. They might see a scene of normal human activity, for example, a picnic. People are at a barbeque, kids are throwing a ball, there is a table and chairs, people are standing around talking. Everything is typical and they will hear a voice in their mind that says, "Can you tell the difference between you and us?" The abductee will look at the screen and say, "No, I can't tell the difference. Everyone looks the same to me." Then they will hear, "See? Isn't that wonderful? Soon we'll all be together. Soon we will all be here and everyone will know his place." I have heard accounts of abductees seeing a family reunion-style photograph with everyone standing in a big conglomerate. The abductee gazing upon this picture will hear, "Point out which ones we are." The person will look at the people in the photo and have a great deal of difficulty doing it. Sometimes they will be able to do it, but most of the time they will not be able to separate out the hybrids from the humans. They also would hear, something like, "See, we can blend in really well. Isn't this wonderful? There was another aspect to these odd events. Some abductees were describing rescue scenes in which they had to save an alien or a baby, either from a natural event, a flood or fire, or from a human-caused event like warfare. These rescue scenes might be played out in a person's mind through a neural engagement procedure that generated the scenario (what I call Envisioning), or, they might be displayed on a screen attached to a console with operating equipment on it.
For example, one woman was shown an interactive screen attached to one such console. She had a control panel in front of her which she was supposed to operate to save an alien running from a mob of enraged humans. She understood she had to maneuver a UFO to a point where the alien could be rescued. She was able to do this and the aliens were very pleased with how well she had performed. At first I was extremely skeptical of these accounts. Skepticism is the competent abduction researcher's most important tool. But then, people with whom I had been working for years, and whose accuracy had been tested positively over and again, told me of these procedures. Repeatedly I heard this, and those who were telling it to me did not know other abductees were saying it as well. I also began to hear disturbing accounts of other procedures that abductees had to perform but that seemed far more realistic than the rescue scenarios. An abductee will be told he or she has a specific job to do in the future. One of the most common jobs is crowd control. The abductee is to stand on a street and move people along panicked hummans, running and screaming. His job is to calm them, tell them it is okay, everything is going to be all right, just move this way, keep moving, keep moving this way. I wrote about this in my book, The Threat, and I have had all sorts of accounts like this since. I think to myself, what does this mean? I remember Budd telling me accounts of bizarre "job interviews" early on in which a person goes to a job interview under mysterious circumstances, has an interview with nothing said about the job description or salary, and then returns with some memory loss. I had no idea what this kind of event could possibly mean. However, some years later I also began to hear of situations very similar to these interview accounts. People were taken into abandoned buildings but for reasons other than job interviews. Hybrids might be there for sexual encounters and other procedures with abductees. And there were other even more ominous cases that had a strange "normal world" aspect to them. Has Atlantis Been Found?
The UK Sun reports, "THIS is the amazing image which could show the fabled sunken city of Atlantis." It shows a perfect rectangle the size of Wales lying on the bed of the Atlantic Ocean nearly 3#65533; miles down. A host of criss-crossing lines, looking like a map of a vast metropolis, are enclosed by the boundary.
They seem too vast and organized to be caused naturally. The possibility of an extraordinary discovery had oceanographers and geophysicists captivated. The site lies 620 miles off the west coast of Africa near the Canary Islands - a location for Atlantis seemingly suggested by the ancient philossopher Plato. He believed it was an island civilization sunk by an earthquake and floods around 9,700 BC. The "grid" showed up on Google Ocean, a Google Earth extension that uses a combination of satellite images and marine surveys.
Last night Dr Charles Orser, at New York State University - one of the world's leading authorities on Atlantis - called it "fascinating". He said: "The site is one of the most prominent places for the proposed location of Atlantis, as described by Plato. ANTIOCH - On February 17, 2009, I was standing in a parking lot in the Bay Area about 25 miles northeast of San Francisco when I noticed a bright yellowish light with a glow around it at 6:45 PM, moving northwest across the sky towards the river. It caught my attention flying below the clouds, but high up. It was moving slowly through the sky and all the movements were really smooth and it made no noise at all. The wind was blowing in the opposite direction so I don't think it was a balloon.
I then noticed two more identical lights with four more lights following in a square formation. The bottom left object appeared to move and take the position of the top right as the top right dropped back (like they were switching places). As those moved on, three more came into view and all followed the same path northwest. In total there were 10 to 12 yellow lighted objects. After 3 to 5 minutes they moved off into the distance and were out of sight.
I've attached image from my video filmed with my cell phone is sideways. The ground is on the left side of the screen. The extremely bright white lights on both videos are from the parking lot lights. The objects I saw are small dots that do seem to flash red and yellow on the video.
Note: I was not able to see the multiple lights in the video as described by the witness. This is not surprising because most video cameras are not designed to collect footage in the night sky. A flashing red light is obvious in the video but the identity of the red light is not known. The witness stated that light was moving towards the northwest which was against the wind. WEST LOS ANGLES -- On February 18, 2009, I was leaving the Palms-Rancho Park Library at about 5:15 PM, when I noticed, what I thought was a slow moving "jet". It was headed east which is the normal flight path for LAX air traffic. I then noticed a commercial airliner traveling east that was higher than the object, and a private airplane traveling east lower than the craft. That's when I really noticed the shape of a triangle and a burnt-orange color and had some type of markings at the tip of each corner. It was moving so slowly that it couldn't have been a normal aircraft. The sun had not set yet, so I could not tell if the markings were lights. Florida - Black Rods and Triangle
TAMPA -- On February 18, 2009, I was taking a picture of an airplane with my digital camera when down loaded to computer found a strange object in picture. It appears to be a black rod shaped object fling up high, but mot as high as a commercial airplane. Later, I was taking this picture with my digital camera of high flying airliner leaving vapor trail and when down loaded to my computer this white triangle shaped craft was flying in the opposite direction of the airliner. Illinois - Light Moves at Amazing Speeed
URBANA -- I was taking a few landscape pictures on January 27, 2009, for some research on Native American sites that I want to investigate in the spring. So I pulled off the road and snapped a few pictures of a farmer's field that I believe may have some potential as a future reference site on a book I want to write. I saw a round oval white light in the field where I had just taken a picture at 11:38 PM. I snapped another picture almost in the exact spot of the previous picture and the object flew straight up at an amazing speed and vanished.
Later, my son and I downloaded the images and were amazed. In the first picture, you could see a rectangular shaped object and other objects in the sky off in the distance. The second picture showed several objects in the sky, only this time closer than the first. One seemed to even have some kind of trail behind it. On the third picture, something was physically emitting a very bright white light near the ground. I have never seen objects like these in my 51 years.
OSWEGO - On February 20, 2009, we were driving south from Aurora to Oswego and my 9 year old watched a bright object for the entire 15 minute ride. When we stopped in Oswego my 9 and 5 year old got out of the car and looked at the bright object at 7 P.M. It was a glowing bright yellowish color and looked as though it might have rings around it. I went inside and checked on www.earthsky.org to see if a planet was visible tonight. Well, Saturn will be in March, but it will be dim. Venus is visible, but it is dim. There were no reports of other planets being visible. At 9 PM, we went out to see bright light again, but it was gone. Thanks to MUFON CMS

Kansas - Photo Investigation
Tim Potter of the Wichita Eagle reports, "The craft flew fast like a jet, made a whirling sound and left an odd glow.
In last week's files, the object photographed over Wichita is a bird, in my opinion. It is either a seagull or a mourning dove. Very little doubt here, I believe. The beak is on the right. Louisiana -- UFO Sighting
HAMMOND -- I went out on my back deck on January 18, 2009, about 8 PM, and above the tree line I could see a very bright round object in the sky. It was round, but changed shape to linear then V shape with individual orbs. There was a smaller white orb below and to the right of the larger one. The smaller orb suddenly went up and touched the larger orb, and then shot off and disappeared. I grabbed my binoculars, as it started to change shape to a backwards L. I could see very bright prismatic lights shooting off of the object that were green and a reddish orange. The object then changed again and I could see individual bright white orbs morphing into a V shape. The object then morphed again back into a circular shape.
I called my neighbors, and my son and they could see it too. I grabbed the video camera and was able to record the object for 25 minutes. It then began to drift lower in the sky and to the west at 8:33 PM. My husband and I got into the car and drove into Livingston Parish and saw it again still bright white and moving westward. I was able to zoom in with the video camera to see it was a pulsating, round orange and white orb with circular lines in it. The object changed shape several times moving towards Baton Rouge. New Jersey - Lights
PARSIPPANNY -- I'm posting this for my friend who was driving onto Route 10 westbound on February 17, 2009, when he noticed 7 or 8 red lights in the sky in the Parsippany-Morristown area near Route 287 and not too far from Route 80.
He said they appeared clumped in the sky like a constellation. The attached video doesn't do them justice but you can see the formation of the lights. Thanks to MUFON CMS
Ohio - UFO Image
FOSTORIA - George Ritter videotaped this large cylinder shaped object just above the ground recently and sent this email. Note there is a second object behind trees. UFOs are often seen moving just above the tree tops at extremely high speeds around this farm. They rapidly climb to higher altitudes apparently in an attempt to avoid accidents with aircraft. The objects seem to move in and out of the ground. The RCA VHS video camera was shooting towards the east in the afternoon sky. Thanks to George Ritter.
Oklahoma – Huge Rectangular Craft
BLANCHARD - On February 20, 2009, my husband was leaving our house when he saw a huge black object traveling over Highway 9 near the I-44 Intersect. The area has turnpike lights so it is fairly well lit up. He tried calling me, but his cell phone wouldn't work. He sat at the stop sign and watched the object until it went over the trees near the highway. At first he thought it was a low flying airplane, but he could not see any wings on it. It had 5 or 6 lights across the back, red and amber colored, in a straight line.
The lights were flashing in a sequence of four then would pause and resume. It did not make any noise at all. He said it was about 1000-2000 feet in altitude, flying at a slow speed and it was huge. It was traveling north over the Bridgecreek area, the sighting only lasted about 2-3 minutes. It was definitely something he could not identify. Thanks to MUFON CMS

LAKE HOUSTON - On February 15, 2009, I observed three objects going south at 2 PM above 35,000 feet. Their speed was high, sub-sonic. As I observed these objects a British Airways 747 was on its final heading west towards IAH. These objects were not airplanes. This was the same week that an object was seen burning over Austin, Texas. I heard no sound, if they were military. layton -- I was shooting the Wastash Mountains at sun down with my hand held SCH 9 Sony Camera with Carl Ziess lens and the light on the mountains fell fast. So the shots got a little out of focus but not much. I first noticed the sharp square light bright and motion less. I was very stunned to see it was far to the left of mountains. This object was very far away from camera lens since I was at 200 mm lens on my Sony camera. The object was still very sharp and bright. Virginia -- Woman Sees Large Triangular Object
RESTON -- The witness called on February 17, 2009, and reported her sighting that occurred between 6:30 to 6:35 PM, near Washington D.C. She was driving she saw a light followed by another, and then another. The lights formed a triangular object and the witness could see the gray outline of the object. She stated that the object disappeared very quickly. She said, the object was flying very low and emitted no sound and was not totally opaque... Listen to interview with witness, (MP3)
Note: This is a typical triangular object sighting except that the object had lights that blinked in sequence when it became visible. The bottom right light came on first, followed by the bottom left light, and then the one forward light. The witness recalled that each light was of a different color. She thought that the rear lights were red and green while the front light was yellow. Conventional aircraft have a red light on the left wing and a green light on the right wing. TETON MOUNTAINS -- I was on a sight-seeing trip when I stopped at a rest area on August 18, 2008, to take this photo. At the time, neither I nor my traveling partner noticed the UFO. If it had been, we would have surely noticed it since we were both facing the mountain. We did not hear any sounds either. The photo was taken with a digital camera in mid-afternoon. Argentina - Misidentification of Beam-Firing UFO
ROSARIO - The Vision Ovni investigation team received this letter from a group who fly kites: "What you call a UFO was indeed us. It was a light-emitting kite. It wasn't a prank. It was an activity we engage in regularly and is called nocturnal kite flying. We aren't the only ones doing it; it's done in many parts of the world. YouTube has a kite flying video. We are NOT an institution or organization. We are simply a group of friends who get together to fly kites, like any other group of friends. Canada - Sightings Most Ever Recorded in 2008
The volunteer group of a half-dozen researchers said Canadians made a total of 1,004 UFO sightings in 2008 - up more thaan 25 per cent from the previous year and the highest number in the 20 years that Ufology has been keeping track. "It's astonishing to me that we had such a dramatic increase," spokesman Chris Rutkowski said.
Halcyon Hot Springs, British Columbia - The image was taken Februaary 10, 2009, around noon. I didn't see the objects in the picture until I downloaded the pictures to my computer. I was surprised at what I saw on the picture.
Note: I am also surprised at what is in the photo. However, here is another case where the witnesses don't see anything unusual and then find strange anomalies in their photos. The red objects may be a reflection off of the water, but the blowups of the lights suggest they may be radiating their own light. Also the gray object is likely not a reflection. Could it be an "out of focus" bird? The witness took some other photos about an hour later that did not show the anomalies. The witness confirmed that she took the photo outdoors and the anomalies are not due to any reflections from glass. The possibility exists that the "red orbs" could be emissions in the "near infrared" spectrum and not discernable to the naked eye. Kincardine, Ontario – A round oblong bright white light UFO moving very fast like a firefly was seen on February 14, 2009, at 6 PM. There was no smoke trail and no jet sounds. It flew just under fog and I couldn't see it go anywhere and lasted a split second. I decided to report it because earlier in the summer I saw a light hover in my trees darting back and forth and thought it might be a firefly as it was small. Poland – Three UFOs Spotted
Olsztyn -- On January 30, 2009, around 5 PM, Mr. Marcin K. walked along the crowded pavement of Pieniezny Street located in the center of Olsztyn (Northern Poland). Suddenly he noticed three spheres of light in the sky above the building on the opposite side of the street. At first he thought that objects making the triangle formation were motionless but later he noticed that they weree moving slowly in the same direction maintaining the same distance from each other. After few seconds one of the objects started to fade as the "triangle" began to "rotate" to the right. The spheres were rotating around their own axis about 60 meters above him. He grabbed his cell-phone and filmed this unusual phenomenon.
The observation lasted about five minutes when the last object started to make strange figures, changing it's directions before it disappeared. The objects were 1/4 the size of the Moon with a bright white color and a reddish glow. The spheres possessed their own source of light. Russia: Giant UFO Seen by entire Siberian city
Chita -- Michael Cohen writes, On February 15, 2009, about 6 PM, the residents of the south eastern Siberian city of Chita (population around 300,000) in Russia witnessed a giant UFO cross their city and then disappear over the horizon. Some managed to photograph the craft with their mobile phones. Shocked pedestrians stopped and pointed to sky declaring the object to be a UFO.
One witness, a Ms. Anna Kotchetkova, who saw the object after her sons excitedly alerted her to it, said, "it's nothing on earth." The grey-black UFO was completely silent and emitted no lights, and looked like a triangle with smoothed edges. Its shape was irregular with some blurriness about the craft. The UFO was estimated to be flying at around 500 to1000 meters altitude and was about the size of a Boeing 747. The incident is being widely reported in the Russian media and immediately after the sighting many members of the press made their way to the Siberian city. South Africa – Disc Photo
Brits, Northwest Province -- I need some expert opinion on a set of photos that we took on our vacation to the Game Lodge Dikhololo on December 19, 2008. My wife and my two sons and I went on our last walk around the game lodge before checkout. It was a hot, clear morning with few clouds. About 9:15 AM, we reached a lookout point and climbed even higher on the rock overlooking the lodge and the Bushveld complex. You can see for many miles as the land is rather flat. I proceeded to take a series of 7 panoramic photos with a Samsung digimax A40 4 megapixel camera. All was quiet and there was a gentle breeze blowing from the northeast.
Two weeks later I had my computers up and running. I went through all the pictures and got to the panorama photos. Enlarging them a very strange object came into view. I was stunned. It was no bird and I showed my wife who said, "That looks like a space ship!"
Note: I don't think that the object in the enhanced photos above is a bird. I also don't believe that the object is debris on the lens or other anomalies because the witness sent other photos in the same session and no debris or anomalies are present. The witness wanted to preserve copyrights to the photos so his initials have been added to the photos. Apparently the South African military are interested in the photos. Hertfordshire -- My 13 year old son and his pal were chased by a green buzzing light for about 200 yards about 7 PM on February 13, 2009. I actually saw this same light emerge from the river about 6 PM. on New Year's Day. It spun off at a great speed and turned into a brilliant amber egg shaped light. My friend arrived at my home on Friday 13 about 7:45 PM, and had seen the same green light all down the A1M coming north from Herts. The light shone above my home at 10:25 PM. I saw the very same thing on October 16, 1979, which concerns me that we are having a repeat visits, that turned out to be a horrific night. St. Helens Merseyside -- I was looking out of my patio window on February 14, 2009, at 11:15 PM, and spotted a large orange object in the sky which was moving slowly. I shouted to my husband who witnessed it. I reported it to the police as I thought it might have been a plane on fire. I have taken a picture on the mobile phone, it has turned out very well, but you can only see a small light on it. The object hovered about and then decreased in size before disappearing. Earth Hunting Spacecraft
CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. (AP) - NASA is launched a planet-hunting spacecraft last Fridaay, named Kepler after the German 17th-century astrophysicist. The telescope will spend 3½ years staring at 100,000 stars, measuring their brightness and any winks in the light that might signify orbiting planets. Bill Boruki, Kepler's principal scientist said ,"We might find E.T.'s home by looking at all of these stars," Kepler is not just another science mission. Saturn's Moon Titan Looks Like Home
Saturn's largest moon looks remarkably like Earth with a landscape of rivers and lakes and mountains and volcanoes says Brigham Young University's geology and planetary science professor Jani Radebaugh. However, Titan, is inhospitable -- the surface temperature is negative 289 degrees and the liquid isn't water. It's thought to be methane. Radebaugh has wrapped up a NASA-commissioned study that focused on radar images to map dunes on Titan's surface and determine the prevailing winds. It was the first time scientists have peered through Titan's thick atmosphere to see the surface, and Radebaugh says they were surprised by the Earth-like features. Titan is the second largest moon in the Solar System and has an atmosphere. Huge craft have been photographed in the Rings of Saturn and life may exist on some of its Moons. The problem with his analysis is that he bases it on cases that support his preconceived conclusion that the Zetas are bad. This is an enormous over simplification. Peru -- The Fortress of Kuelap
KUELAP -- associated with the Chachapoyas culture, consists of massive exterior stone walls containing more than four hundred buildings. The structure, situated on a ridge overlooking the Urubamba Valley in northern Peru, is roughly 600 meters in length and 110 meters in width. It was likely built to defend against the Huari or other hostile peoples. It is a spectacular funerary site. Here we will find 3 meter anthropomorphic wooden coffins located under a cliff. Mummies were placed inside each coffin. It is not easy to get the area and requires a long walk. Looking for evidence of aliens visiting Earth the Mummies have strangely large heads.

NICE -- In August 1608, the inhabitants of the South France, from Marseilles to Genoa, witnessed a true UFO flap, reported in a chronicle entitled "Discours des terribles et espouvantables signes apparus sur la mer de Gennes". In Nice, the inhabitants saw three strange luminous vessels which evolve at high speed above the city. The three machines stop near the fortress and descend to just above the water where they cause the water to boil and emit a red-orange vapor.

AVONDALE - On Februuary 28, 2009, a girl that works for me was driving west on I-10, and 45 minutes west of town she saw a round row of flashing lights. She was looking for them because she saw them a few days earlier in the same spot only this time they were higher up than when she saw them previously.
She called me at the restaurant to tell me that she can see them again. I told her to take some photos with her phone and send them to me. On one occasion a "horse-shoe shaped" light was observed. FI Cynda Schneider has contacted the witness and is awaiting the witness to advise on a meeting date.
7Feb09, 6:00PM, an adult couple from Dacula was driving on Highway 441 on the northern edge of Athens when they observed a silent massive glowing white light fly overhead from W to E at about 40°, then downward toward the ground behind a tree line. Further description, head like quartz-crystal with a fuzzy white rear. A large fireball/meteor could be the culprit here. FI Jason Fonzo was assigned. E-mails were sent to the local media and Clarke County PD seeking additional reports from the public.
11Feb09, case forwarded from Texas CMS to Georgia CMS. An adult male resident of the Warner Robins area reported that in 2005 he was on a flight originating in Texas bound for Korea, related to his military service. He observed an unusual cloud configuration and decided to snap a photo. Later, a large dark blimp-like object was found on the photo, the camera used being a disposable type.
Witness has forwarded the photo to this writer, Investigation continues.
12Feb09-night, an adult resident of N.E. metro Atlanta observed a bright star-like light toward the west of which she took photos. The light moved down and went off like an electric light, then came back on. Venus or other celestial bodies may be responsible here depending on which way the witness was really looking. FI Cynda Schneider was assigned to look into this report.
12Feb09, 9:30PM, an adult male resident of Blairsville was crossing Black Mountain Pass on Zell Miller Parkway when he observed a bright, larger than star-like, light to the WSW. Adding it was large enough to display a spherical shape as it moved slightly to the south. A celestial body has to be considered here, but further review seems to indicate that Venus had set beyond the horizon by 9:30PM. FI's Mark and Leslie Moore will be contacting this witness.
2Mar09, night, a couple from Ohio was en-route from Sarasota to Atlanta on an AirTran flight. At about 30,000 feet they were looking at normal ground lights when they observed what they called a bizarre light configuration. This ranged from a small circular light to a moving "splash" of illumination, moving and changing at random, but believed by the witnesses to be on the ground. FI Joe Alexander is checking out this report.
2Mar09, 7:30PM, an adult male resident of Stone Mountain was driving west toward Macon on I-16 from the coast. His brother, a soldier stationed at Hunter AAF was also along. In about the Metter/Vidalia vicinity they observed a bright white light in the sky to the NW, their general front, at about 45°. Described as larger than star-like, stationary, pulsating, observed for about one hour as they drove. Eventually is appeared to turn red and vanish. Venus would have been toward their front at about 20° at 7:30 PM. ASD Dave Marchant is to speak with the witnesses.

Illinois - Light
WEST CHICAGO -- On March 5, 2009, I was in West Chicago attending the Severe Weather Seminar at Fermi lab. We took a break at intermission, and my girlfriend and I stepped outside to stretch our legs and noticed a bright light to the Fermi lab. The light was not one of the bright stars of Gemini, Taurus, or Orion. To my dismay, I looked back to find the light, and it faded down in size, as though it were departing at high speed, leaving only a small light in the extreme distance. Then the light returned to its original position and brightness. As we continued to look the light receded in size once again. At the University of Illinois Astronomy Department we received explanations of either Venus or satellites catching sunlight as they came over the horizon at that time of the evening. New Jersey - Flying Triangle UFO
MANAHAWKIN - The witness spotted these lights on August 10, 2008, and took several shots at 9 PM, only a few miles from the Atlantic Ocean..
New York - Spectacular Bright Light
MANHATTAN -- I was sitting on the couch in my friend's apartment in Manhattan when I looked out the window and saw this spectacular bright light in the sky right over New Jersey, but not too far off the Hudson River. At first, we thought it might be a star or Venus, but it couldn't have been because it was so close and clearly in our airspace. My friend had a camcorder on hand and proceeded to film the object. We stared out the window for about a half an hour to see if it would move. It looked as though it was staying in one place, but when I returned to the couch, I noticed that it had changed locations and had dropped about 500 feet and north of where I had seen it originally. This is when the filming starts again, and we catch it zipping around in the air. No, the camera was not on a solid surface or a tripod, but we were holding the camera still enough to catch its movements. We then decided to get a better look on the roof of his building.
When we arrived on the roof, we noticed directly below the object, a stretch of brilliant light illuminating and hovering over what looked to be Cliffside Park, or Fairview, NJ. I've never seen any aircraft light up such a large chunk of land and for such a long period of time. Furthermore, there were planes and helicopters flying under, across, and over the object for the entire duration of the sighting. There had to have been at least ONE pilot that reported this to the FAA. After being on the roof for about ten minutes, we noticed an additional UFO that seemed much lower in the sky than the first. It appeared and in about 5 seconds had vanished completely. After witnessing the second object disappear, we left the roof. By the time we arrived back to the apartment, the bright object was gone, and the brilliant light over NJ was no longer present. The entire sighting lasted for about 1 1/2 hours. North Dakota - Police Blotter
MINOT AIR FORCE BASE – MANN telephoned the Law Enforcement Desk reporting a small unidentified aircraft was radioed in and flying southbound over the installation at an estimated 300 feet altitude and possibly landing at an unknown location south of the installation. Minot Central notified the local Sheriff at 0032 hours on July 22, 2008 requesting civil assistance in locating whereabouts of the aircraft. Responding deputies had negative findings.
Ohio- Mother ship 1947
RUTLAND -- I observed a huge rectangular very bright object stationary in the night sky in 1947. . It appeared to be a huge rectangular shaped object docking platform as there were flying object's similar to bottle caps approaching from both directions. They would stop momentarily on the huge craft then depart this platform. I told my teacher about this event the next day. she replied," Billy you observed something very special." my uncle Marvin Morris observed an object land in a field just outside of Rutland. At about the same time frame, my brother Gene informed me that he along with other residences of Middleport, Ohio observed a triangle shaped object in the night sky and chased after it in their cars. I've had nightmares about being chase by UFO's and I couldn't hide. I'm a retired Philadelphia Police Detective and a Retired Intelligence Specialist Chief Petty Officer.
FOSTORIA - George Ritter videotaped this large cylinder shaped object just above the ground recently and sent this email. UFOs are often seen moving just above the tree tops at extremely high speeds around this farm. They rapidly climb to higher altitudes apparently in an attempt to avoid accidents with aircraft. The objects seem to move in and out of the ground.

Texas -- UFO Seen by Three Deputies
GREENVILLE -- By BRAD KELLAR, Herald-Banner Staff reports, No one is sure exactly what it was which reportedly hovered through the Hunt County skies this past weekend, but several people said they saw something. At least one civilian and three uniformed law enforcement officers reported seeing an unidentified flying object north of Greenville on February 28, 2009. Similar sightings were also reported near The Colony in Denton County, according to Hunt County Sheriff Randy Meeks. Sheriff Meeks said his office received the first call about the object at around 9:20 PM. Saturday, from a woman who lives near Webb Hill Country Club. "She said it was hovering above her house," Meeks said. "It was real bright, then it went dim, then it went bright again and moved toward Dallas. Three of my officers also saw a bright light," Meeks said, including the deputy who first responded to the sighting. "They said they did not have anything in the air that night," Meeks said. Virginia – Police Records
VIRGINIA BEACH -- Police records show 76 UFO reports from 1976 to 2008. The Virginia Beach Police are required to fill out a Sighting Report Form and report to UFO Central. Lights in the sky are of little scientific value and should not be called in. A file folder will be kept for all reports and police officers on patrol who spot a UFO should call Information Position #12 or #13. A sighting report should be made.
Most of the objects reported were various colors of bright lights, sometimes in formation. Crosses or triangles were frequently reported. Here are a few reports: On June 21, 1976, at 10 PM, twelve witnesses saw object with red and white lights land and stay in view for half an hour. It was twice as large as a helicopter. On November 21, 1980, three lights were spotted twelve yards away from the witness at midnight. Two white lights and one red light were about the size of a car. The lights stayed for one and half minutes and flew away. On November 19, 1995, the witness called police and stated a circular object with multiple lights on the bottom was moving northeast flying very low over the house about six stories high. It made a humming sound and disappeared behind the trees in about a minute. On November 4, 2004 three lights seemed to land in a tree about three stories off the ground. WASHINGTON - Flying UFO Narrow Triangle
HOQUIAM -- I was driving into West Hoquiam on February 2, 2009, and as I approached the river at 7:35 PM, I saw a cluster of red and white, flashing lights directly above the bridge on the far side of the river. My first thought was that there must have been lights attached to antennas above the new bridge station, because it was very low and hovering above the bridge. As I got closer, I could see the lights slowly moving northeasterly and closer. I could see the object was a narrow triangular shaped object. As I got closer I could see underneath the object clearly and it had a very large gray or silver completely flat bottom with a series of two lights at each point of the triangle, flashing red, white and blue. It also seemed to be very quiet despite its low altitude. This object was only between 7-10 stories up and I could not hear any sound from it.
I was not in an area where I could pull over but I watched as it slowly moved east-northeast above the hills. Upon reaching my destination I could still see the flashing lights very small in the distance directly eastward, but no longer moving. At this time I told another person of what I saw and we watched for another few minutes with binoculars as this flashing never moved. The lights were still flashing over the hill when I left at 7:35 PM.

Australia -- Dark UFO Objects
CLIFTON BEACH, CAIRNS-- I am writing on behalf of my work mate who told me that she and her Mother saw a formation of dark objects and cylinders coming towards them on January 20, 2009. The thing that caught their eye was that the clouds were moving out of sync compared to the formation out in the clouds. Sometimes the clouds would pass in front of the objects, but when the cloud passed they were still remained. They flew in a westerly direction until they disappeared over the mountain range about two kilometers away.
She called for her Mum to confirm what she was seeing and her Mum said grab the camera and here is what they saw - although the vertical lines that were off to one side are out of the frame. The objects were getting closer to them at the time but altered course which lead them over the mountain but remained in perfect formation keeping what appeared to be their exact distance. PORT ALBERNI -- When Canadians looked up, up in the sky in 2008, an unusual number weren't able to identify what they were looking at as either a bird, a plane ... or anything else. In all, according to Winnipeg-based Ufology Research, there were 1,004 reports of unidentified flying objects across Canada in 2008, an increase of 26 per cent over 2007. Reports had been filed by witnesses with government and military agencies, police, civilian UFO groups and online UFO websites. Vancouver Island was no exception, says Houston, B.C. based UFO researcher Brian Vike. "There has definitely been an upswing," said Vike, a former mill worker who runs HBCC UFO Research from his home in the B.C.'s Central Interior. There could be a number of reasons, he continued, including more actual events taking place, but Vike suggests a lot of it has to do with the advent of the World Wide Web. "The Internet makes a big difference," he said. "Before, people would send a letter, but they often wouldn't know who to contact if they saw something. They would keep it to themselves because they didn't want to be laughed at.
Vike said he believes the upswing in sightings is just the tip of a very large iceberg, because of this fear of ridicule. "I bet we only get five per cent of what has been seen," he said. "Nobody wants to talk about it for whatever reason, but I bet if I walked around Parksville with my HBCC UFO Research jacket on, you would be surprised at how many would say, 'oh, I saw something last month that was really weird.'"

SCARBOROUGH -- Paul Michael Shishis writes, "I know that something is flying up over the main hydro electro lines on February 23, 2009, near Toronto. I had a great picture of a large white craft and a second one smaller, leaving. My camera card later became corrupted. Again the timing makes one wonder!

CHATHAMKENT, ONTARIO -- My sister was simply driving and taking photos on February 15 2009, during a landscape photo session that my sister does quite often. I've never seen something like this before except on TV and the internet, it may be nothing but then again we can't figure it out.
She discovered these lights when she viewed her pictures afterwards. Nothing in any other frames before or after the photo was taken. She takes hundreds of pictures. Czech Republic - UFO Buzzes Town,
CHEB -- Numerous residents have flooded radio stations, newspapers and police with calls regarding the UFOs prompting something of an investigation into the events that occurred at 00:45 on Saturday February 14, 2009. Media in the Czech Republic is widely reporting a series of UFO sightings that occurred last month in the northern town of Cheb, and again at around the same time on February 17. Pavel Beran was returning home with his wife when he saw the UFO. "We saw two lights and then another two, one emitting a bright orange light, the objects then shot away flying west."
Vaclav Tondl was also with his wife when he saw five objects circling over the town square and hover over the church, then fly into the distance. They were definitely controlled craft and they made no sound. On February 17. Stanislaw Strmen went outside to fix interference to his TV reception and noticed four objects moving over the city and then disappearing while making a deep humming sound. Stanislaw managed to take a few photos with a digital camera. Ladislav Bohm, the local police chief confirmed the sightings and said they still remained a mystery. Japan -: UFO Photographed by Famous Singer/Actor
TOKYO -- Michael Cohen writes: Recently Japanese media widely reported a UFO sighting that occurred in Tokyo. Famous Japanese heart-throb pop singer and actor, Oshio Manabu 30, was standing on his balcony when he saw a bizarre object momentarily appear in the distance. He managed to take a photo of it with his cell phone before it vanished.
This is not the first celebrity sighting in Japan. The very beautiful and famous Miyaji Mao aged 24, an actress and model saw a UFO last year. She described it as being saucer shaped and glowing white and claimed in vanished before her eyes. She was with her mother on the balcony when they saw the UFO. Mao also managed to get a photo which she posted on her blog.
Regarding the incident Mao commented that "I am confident people will trust my credibility". In Japan sightings are common yet rarely ever reported as people are afraid that it will harm their reputation. Mexico: Unusual UFO Video
MEXICO CITY -- Ana Luisa Cid reports: "Attorney Sanchez Rosales, who is also a sky watcher, has continued to document the UFO phenomenon from his rooftop. On this occasion, he presents a very interesting video that shows a luminous object that appears to lack a defined shape. The recording was done on February 16, 2009 at 16:40 hours. As part of our investigation, we made comparisons with "globos de luna", as this would be a possible explanation.
However, there are two aspects to be highlighted:
a) The object appears to make an abrupt change of trajectory when it moves very quickly toward another location.

Norway -- Scandinavia An Orange Object
KLEIVE -- My father saw an orange object flying in an east to west direction on January 25, 2009, at 12:40 AM.. He then alerted me as the object flew very slowly. No sound could be heard from the object, when I went outside to get a better view. The object flew in a steady horizontal path. Suddenly the orange light dimmed and the light on the object was turned off or it disappeared in a cloud. The duration of the sighting was approximately three minutes. UK/England - Lights
WORDSLEY - On March 3, 20099, I was having a cigarette outside when I noticed this stationary object just hanging in the sky at 7:43 PM! At first I thought it must be another Helicopter, but it was 100% silent! I grabbed my trusty camera and managed to get a couple of pictures. I watched it for about two minutes just hovering there. Then I went to get my phone out of the house and when I came back thirty seconds later, but it had gone or cloaked. If you look at the picture you will see it appears to be triangle shaped with lights emanating from underneath.
Note:This same witness has sent other photos taken of objects in the sky. Some of these photos are interesting, but the photos have been of low pixel resolution making refined analysis difficult. TORQUAY -- I was sitting in a supermarket cafe on March 5, 2009, when I looked up into the blue sky and saw a mustard yellow/dark gold parafoil shaped object moving slowly across the sky from east to south at an elevation of about 30 degrees. As it moved it changed shape gently and became more ring like but kept rippling. It very much reminded me of the morphing UFO that I and my children had seen in Torquay last year.
I was talking on my mobile and said "I can see a UFO!". The young man at the table next to me looked up at it but seemed unimpressed. I rushed out of the cafe to the supermarket car park to get a better look at the object but it was receding into the distance so very little more detail was visible and it then disappeared behind the tree line. Dead Sea Scrolls May Explain ET Situation
The Dead Sea scrolls consist of roughly 900 documents, including texts from the Hebrew Bible, discovered between 1947 and 1956 in eleven caves in Israel on the Northwest shore of the Dead Sea. The texts are of great religious and historical significance, as they include some of the only known surviving copies of Biblical documents. These manuscripts generally date between 150 B.C.E. to 70 C.E.. The scrolls are most commonly identified with the ancient Jewish sect called the Essenes. Perhaps the most famous Scroll is The War of the Sons of Light and the Sons of Darkness, that seems to explain the extraterrestrial UFO situation
The magnificent Shrine of the Book, a structure of the Israel Museum Jerusalem was built in the shape of flying saucer to house the Dead Sea Scrolls and to give emphasis to the UFO connection. The shrine was built to emphasize the famous Scroll of The War of the Sons of Light and the Sons of Darkness. The white dome symbolizes the Sons of Light and the black wall behind it symbolizes the Sons of Darkness. The scroll describes the war between good and evil that is now being fought in space and will come to an end in the apocalyptic future creating peace on Earth. The dome due to its similarity to a flying saucer has been used as scenery for several science fiction movies. Some people claim this scroll and the shrine depict the ongoing war being fought above Earth by the Light and Dark alien forces.
The Air Force is Tracking UFOs.
General Lance W. Lord, former commander of the Air Force Space Command, argues that military leaders must think of space as a battleground. Indeed, the combat capabilities provided by advanced orbital systems increasingly are at risk. "Some would say that we're not threatened in space," Lord observed. "I want to disabuse everybody of that argument." Lord delivered his warning at the Air Force Associations annual National Symposium in LA.
Editor's Note: The logical question that needs to be asked? Who is threatening advanced US orbital systems? Is General Lord talking about the Chinese, the Russians or even Extraterrestrials? The fundamental fact confronting us is the existence of a thousand UFO sighting reports each month. Some of these reports may be fraudulent, but most MUFON investigators have concluded that the majority of the reports are quite valid. The witnesses believe they see something real, external, artificial, and not normal types of aircraft. On logical grounds all possible explanations can be subdivided into two major categories, namely, a physically real, manufactured object that the witness could not relate to, or to something entirely different, such as obscure natural phenomena, hoaxes, or psychic projections. We know that the best UFO reports are often observed by relatively experienced witnesses such as police, astronomers and aircrews. We have obtained previously classified Air Force documents signed by General Nathan Twining Commander of the Air Material Command stating: "The phenomenon is something real and not visionary or fictitious."
Air Force Space Command operates satellites sensors that are able to pick up unidentified flying objects that are entering and leaving our atmosphere called Fastwalkers." Several UFOs coming in from space are picked up each week.
North America's early warning system is now being upgraded and in their 22,300 mile geosynchronous orbits, satellites help protect the United States and its allies by detecting missile launches, space launches and nuclear detonations.
Several hundred Fastwalkers within our atmosphere are tracked worldwide each month. The new satellites should be able to track many more Fastwalkers with their improved infrared sensors designed to detect heat from missile and booster plumes against the earth's background. Insiders report there is a great deal of excitement as the UFOs sometimes trigger the early warning system setting off alarms that missiles have been launched. Computers keep track of over 6,000 satellites and pieces of debris in space. The Fastwalkers are also referred to as Uncorrelated Targets indicating they are not in the data base for objects in space. The Individual Target Event Database which is unclassified should be made available to MUFON and the Filer Research Institute so we can correlate ground based and aircraft sightings with satellite data.
The new Space Based Space Surveillance (SBSS) system is a planned constellation of satellites and supporting ground infrastructure that will improve the ability to detect and track space objects in orbit around the Earth. The primary SBSS contractor, Boeing, characterizes some orbiting space objects as, "Potential future threats to the United States' space assets
Boeing has finished installing the hardware for its Space Based Space Surveillance (SBSS) system's Satellite Operations Center in Los Angeles. The SOC now has the necessary security certification to allow the SBSS program to begin integrated testing. Their mission is to "develop, deliver, and sustain" capabilities that "ensure space superiority" for the United States
U.S. Air Force Col. James Jordan, commander of the Space Situational Awareness Group in the Space Superiority Systems Wing states, "When launched in spring 2009, SBSS will revolutionize the nation's space situational awareness with enhanced performance by providing around-the-clock visibility to detect distant space objects without interference from weather, atmosphere or daylight."The first "pathfinder" satellite of the SBSS system, will launch in the Spring of 2009 on a Minotaur rocket.
UFOs Often Produce Many Colors Transferring Energy to the Atmosphere
UFOs come in a variety of colors and shades. Some are dark or black others are white with various colors in between. Observers often report a metallic appearance as light reflects off their polished surfaces. Others see that the UFO itself is luminous and some UFO propulsion systems create multiple colors particularly as they gain speed or slow to a hover. Additionally, the UFOs may use lights like our own aircraft for illumination, search, and safety. UFOs are often seen with a corona of light that is probably caused by an electrical discharge. Light is produced within atoms of matter; when the atoms become sufficiently agitated by collision among themselves or by absorption of electromagnetic radiation, electrons are elevated out of their normal energy states and create light. Cameras that can pick up infrared light often are able to record UFOs even when not visible to the human eye. The most likely candidates for color emission of the gases in our atmosphere are helium, neon, argon, krypton, and xenon. Brilliant white UFOs likely represent limited ionization of all the gases. The colors surrounding the UFOs seem associated with speed or the rate of acceleration. The silvery grey is seen when the object is traveling slowly. Then comes the vivid red and at high acceleration the white, green, blue and purple appear.
Red lights, with intense red glow probably results from neon or the red of argon.
Luminous red colors do not appear to be lights covered by red glass like aircraft lights.
Often the red appears to be part of the propulsion system.
Glowing Orange Lights, sometimes reported as bright orange flames are probably the brilliant orange red of neon often seen in neon signs.
Yellow, pale yellow lights are often reported. White lights can appear yellow at a distance due to atmosphere.
Green lights and flashes often reported, sometimes green glow or reported green flames from craft probably the green line of neon.
Green meteors reported are thought to be space craft entering atmosphere.
Bluish green colors are probably the result of hydrogen atoms being excited by the UFOs
It is strongly suspected, that xenon is responsible for the "blue," "brilliant blue," and "luminous blue Greenish blue to blue colors reported.
Blue or bluish ultraviolet are reported particularly by young people.
Purple would result from the blue of xenon and the red of argon
The UFOs apparently develop huge amounts of energy similar to nuclear power plants and have the ability to create coronas or mists around the craft. Using atomic structure and spectroscopy the element responsible for the emission of photons of a particular energy and color can be identified. Witnesses report the craft were wrapped in a blue haze or a glowing red mist. Center portions of the craft are often described as having a red glow that likely represents part of the propulsion system. Also the UFOs are reported as gradually increasing amount of energy to the gases surrounding them as they appear to pick up speed. At some point, the atmosphere would absorb enough energy to become luminous and the craft appear to glow.
Further increases in energy transfer would activate the other gases in inverse order of their thresholds and their light would simply be added to that from xenon. Xenon is the most easily excited of the atmospheric gases, and creates spectacular "brilliant blue," and "luminous blue" that is often reported by observers. The "orange-red" or "fiery red" color is the brilliant orange-red of neon, so easily recognized in neon signs. The combination of the green line of neon, 540 nm, with the blue of xenon would yield the often reported "bluish green" or it may come from hydrogen, 486 nm. "Purple" would result from the blue of xenon and the red of argon, 697 nm
Archeologists find rare Maya panels in Guatemala
EL-MIRADOR -- Michael Cohen writes that, "Reuters reported this week that archaeologists working in deep in Guatemala';s northern jungle have unearthed incredible carved panels that are believed to depict scenes from Mayan creation myths involving serpents and deities." The panels were discovered on the site of El-Mirador, the largest known Mayan city. The city itself is remarkable in that it contained the complex roads, canals and impressive structures. The sites head researcher Richard Hansen has dated the panels to around 300 BC.
As expected there was no mention of aliens or UFOs in relation to the find. Ufologists have been concentrating in particular on Mayan civilization and mythology for decades, probably more so than any other ancient civilization. Its astronomy and myths of immortal beings arriving from the stars to give humans knowledge are well known. Ufologists are now marveling at the latest images of Mayan mythology carved in stone. Many have already noted that the panel depicts a UFO surrounded by two non-human beings covered in some form of technological equipment. Alaska - Website of Redoubt Volcanno
MOUNT REDOUBT -The volcano website on March 16, 2009, shows a strange anomaly. I was just checking the status of various volcanoes today at work and found this. The Alaska Volcano Observatory has today lowered the alert level for Mount Redoubt. The aviation color code has been lowered from orange to yellow, and the alert level from watch to advisory. This comes after some two weeks of seismicity. YUMA -- My wife and our two kids were driving an hour out of Yuma on March 9, 2008, with a friend of our son who asked, "What was the object in the sky?" He was pointing southwest over the desert and cars were parked on the side of the road looking at the same lights. There were two orbs a good distance apart. One was orange in color and the other was yellow. The stayed motionless for over three minutes from the time we started looking at them. We thought they might be flares but they did not move and did not appear to have any smoke and did not appear to be moving downward.>
The objects faded out and then re-appeared father south and east. I used my cell phone to take pictures. The objects stayed there for a little over a minute then faded again. This happened the entire way to Gila Bend. They faded in and out for several minutes. Once we reached the Gila bend Shell station and locals said they see some weird stuff out there and as long as they leave him alone he did not care. Thanks to MUFON CMS
California - Mother ship 1947
Barb writes, Your report last week of a huge UFO in 1947 in Filer's Files #10 is the only other report I've heard about. That was the year I saw the huge "round" UFO in the sky that seemed to COVER the whole sky for miles and miles.. Mine looked something like the size of the one in the movie..."Independence Day ".. Ohio- Mothership 1947
RUTLAND - A retired Philadelphia Police Detective and Intelligence Specialist Chief Petty Officer states, "I observed a huge rectangular very bright object stationary in the night sky in 1947, above a baseball field when I was a boy." It appeared to be a huge rectangular shaped object docking platform as there were flying object's similar to bottle caps approaching from both directions. They would stop momentarily on the huge craft then depart this platform. I've had nightmares about being chased by UFO's and I couldn't hide.
California - Sightings
Whittier -- I took this picture of the clouds on March 5, 2009, about 1 PM in the Los Angeles Area. When I put the photo on my computer I saw this anomaly that puzzled me.
Note: I believe that this anomaly is a "lens flare due to the fact that the photo was taken into the Sun. The photo was taken with a Canon EOS DIGITAL REBEL XTi camera. NEWPORT BEACH -- My girl friend and I were on the couch watching TV on March 12, 2009, at 9:05 PM, when she said, "Look a UFO!" I looked out the window and saw that it had ten flashing lights going from left to right stopping for just a second and then moving left to right again. The lights could have been going all the way around the object in a circle, but I can't be sure. On top of the object was a stabilized red light almost like it was on the tail of a plane. It was fairly low in the air like the height of a helicopter. When we went out on the deck, I couldn't hear it. Its speed was about the speed of a helicopter. It was pretty slow. My girl friend claimed it was going south and then changed direction to east away from Newport Beach.

Colorado - Cattle Mutilation Similar to Thousands of Other Cases
THE PUEBLO CHIEFTAIN TRINIDAD - Anthony A. Mestas writes, "A cattle rancher made a horrific and mysterious discovery Sunday when he found the carcass of one of his cattle that was missing its udders and other female parts." No one is sure what killed the cow on a pasture near the Purgatoire River, but Trinidad rancher Mike Duran, 49, said the cow had been missing for two days, and he went to look for it in a pasture a mile west of Weston near Colorado 12.
"On Sunday, I spotted her near the Purgatoire River bottom and I saw that her udders were cleanly cut off with no blood on or around the carcass. It was a perfect circle almost like a laser cut, and sealed at the same time." Duran said he found a cow in 1995, that had been mutilated the exact same way on the same pasture and the mutilation was never solved. There were no animal or human tracks around the carcasses."There was no blood around either and if you cut off an udder there would be a whole lot of blood," Duran said, "There are thousands of cattle mutilations cases in North America in which cattle have been found mutilated and exsanguinated (all their blood has been removed) and their reproductive and rectal parts removed." The cases have spawned theories about aliens sent to Earth to slice up cows.
Las Animas County Undersheriff Derek Navarette said his office takes cattle mutilations seriously, although no one has ever been charged with the crime. "If it's someone here killing livestock, that's a crime," Navarette said. "The problem is that there's never any evidence around to support that anyone was there. "It's an odd phenomenon. The cattle is just there dead," Navarette said. The place where the cow was found Sunday is almost impossible for a vehicle to get to. Connecticut - Triangle of Lights
MARLBOROUGH – On February 25, 2009 I was piicking up a friend at 6:30pm, less than a mile from my home. While waiting at his front door I saw three red pulsating lights glide down the street. I rang the door bell and three of us watched this triangle glide through the air. It was not an airplane, helicopters, balloons, kites or anything we could indentify. Delaware -- Object Changes Color
SMYRNA - We saw an object changing colors in the distance on January 16, 2009, from 7:50 to 8:30 PM. It looked like a star but I could see that is was changing colors. It went from red to yellow to green. It would disappear every few minutes, and then reappear in the same spot as if it was moving behind a cloud - but there were no clouds outside that night. CMS/sg - I was only taking pictures of the clouds and zoomed in for a photo of a cloud formation. The second photo was taken seconds later, as I zoomed back in, but the object was no longer in the shot. This object was not seen at the time. Georgia - Bright Light Hurts Eyes
HOSCHTON -- When going outside on the back porch to view the moon on March 10, 2009, at 9 PM, as my father often does, he noticed a very bright object in the sky. He called us out to look. We are familiar with the stars we usually see here at the house. This bright object is so bright, it almost hurts your eyes, sets off rays in every direction because of the brightness. Planes are passing high above this object. The object appears to be hovering, every few moments it seems to move left, up, to the right, down and a few moments ago it shot straight up much higher than any of the previous movements. I took my cell phone out to take a picture, but I cannot pick up something that far away on my cell phone. The object is still there! It appears to be beginning to lessen in brightness, or be moving away from us, all the while it is continuing to move slightly left, right and up and down. My son just came to me and told me that light is getting weaker and weaker. The light being so bright, we could not tell the actual shape and this is nothing like an airplane. Illinois - Flying Triangle
CHICAGO -- I was walking my dog in the morning on March 12, 2009, when I noticed a bright white light off in the distance. After a minute the light was closer and I noticed two blinking white lights behind it that I assumed were an airplane's wing lights. After a few more minutes I heard a low humming noise and looked above me. Floating by was a low flying large triangular craft. The tip of it emitted a bright white light and the two end points had blinking blue lights. The bottom of the craft had three rows of thin dim yellow lights. After I had noticed it, it changed direction by about 70 degrees bearing north and then headed almost due west towards Chicago. The light remained in sight for several minutes after the event, then I lost it beyond the tree line. This may have been the most terrifying experience of my life. LAKE CHARLES -- My husband and I were sitting outside our home having a BBQ on February 24, 2009, around 10:30 AM. My husband and son were playing washers while I was sitting watching them. Our son just got him a new digital camera for Christmas and I noticed on my husband's Colorado trip, the camera took such great pictures compared to ours. I was taking random pictures of the sky. I never once noticed anything in the sky that day but clouds. Our son had seen a dot on the picture when he was going through them and then came to me and asked me what this was? I downloaded the pictures and this is what I found. There are three, one is the original, one with writing on it, and one up-close. To be honest, I don't know what it is. HAMPDEN -- I was up early at dawn to take an early swim and when I drove home I saw a metallic gray cigar shaped form above the road. I noticed it was hovering and not moving. There were no protrusions or windows on the top or bottom and the ends were rounded ends. It had an appealing gray glossy metallic shiny surface. Glossy like the wet gray pebbles in a Tanguy painting. I was thinking of going to the house, seconds from where I had stopped, for binoculars. Michigan -- UFO Is Oblong With Windows
FRANKFORT - On Tuesday March 3, 2009 at about 9:30 PM, the witness saw an oblong in shape tapered at each end with six windows spotted through binoculars. It had red, green, white and blue blinking lights as it zigzagged and hovered. A brighter spot like type light came out of the bottom of it for a short time. He does have it on a digital camera and I have downloaded it to my computer. I am going to let him borrow my video recorder that has an awesome zoom power in it and can be put on a tri-pod if he sees it again. and lasted for about an hour. New York - UFO Photographed Above Falls
NIAGARA FALLS - On March 13, 2009, at 4:58 PM, this picture was taken at the Fallsview Casino Hotel from my window on the 10th floor. I know there is no landmark to tell where this was taken, but my window faced the American Falls and this picture was taken in the direction above Goat Island. My camera was at 4x full zoom. I have a Samsung 6.0 mega-pixel digimax camera. There appears to be 4 objects,but the 2 in the left and center of photo stands out the best. The first is the original photo. Next is a scanned photo that I circled the objects from the original.
Note: The original photo with the one most pronounced object is shown above. I don't think that the object is an "out-of-focus" insect or bird. There appears to be an area in the center that is brighter and reflecting more light. Thanks to William Puckett UFOS Northwest http://www.ufosnw.com
Ohio - White Lights
CLEVELAND - On March 11, 2009, white lights circling in a dense cloud seemed to circle my way every five seconds. My son came out and he saw them too and thought that they were egg shaped in the northeast sky close to Edgewater Marina. Minutes after this sighting at about 8:42 PM, a large aircraft flew over lower than the passenger planes do and rattled our house. My neighbor just emailed to say he heard the plane and thinks it is a military helicopter. I took my spouse outside but he sees the lights but thinks it's nothing. I saw similar circling lights on February 7, 2007, but did not report them. I'm sort of freaked out. Thanks to MUFON CMS
Pennsylvania -- Shape-changing UFO over Berks County
Hopewell Lake at French Creek State Park -- Three witnesses saw a solid large yellow sphere hovering over this area at 7:52 PM, on March 5, 2009, according to Ufologist Stan Gordon. The group saw a blue flashing light at the top of the sphere as it morphed into another shape - and then moved swiftly out of the area.
Two people who were involved with this observation were separately interviewed. One witness noticed something so strange in the sky that he stated, "It took my breath away, as I had never seen anything like it." Witness (A) observed in the distance a solid large yellow sphere hovering low on the horizon. The light of the object was not real bright, and it did not appear to emit any light. He thought that he might have seen some red and blue colors at times. He was so excited, that he left his vehicle motor running and ran to a neighbor's house to tell them what he was watching.
Witness (B) and his wife also saw the object hovering in the distance and noticed a blue flashing light at the top of the sphere, with a blue tint to it at which time the light changed shape, morphed into not a disc but a top. It seemed to move away from us rapidly to a pin head size light and then gone. It happened so quickly he is unsure if the object just vanished in front of his eyes, or if it moved off at an incredible rate of speed. No sound was heard during the few minute observation.

TEMPLE -- I was with my girlfriend when she spots this object flying pretty low heading towards us. So she pulls the car over and the object flies slowly across Kutztown Road in front of us making no sound. Its lights were bright white or yellow starish looking, and made a triangle. On the bottom of the triangle next to the bright white light's on one side was a red light the other was a blue and it was hovering pretty low. At that time the object was moving south so we decided to follow it towards the Muhlenberg schools. The UFO seemed to be low behind the schools. Australia -- Large Light Mass Emitting Beams (UFO)
NOWRA, NEW SOUTH WALES - On January 29, 2009, an extremely brilliant white light was hovering in the western sky. The light could best be described as being 1000% brighter than anything else in the sky at the time, and 15-20 times bigger than your average star. The light itself was not a complete ball of light, but the best way I can describe it would be as a 5 spoke car wheel of illuminated light shining so brightly it gives itself the impression of being a solid mass of light. Around this centre mass of light was a pale bluish purple halo which ringed the centre mass and seemed to be pulsating slightly. The purple halo seemed to be emitting segmented beams of light (think lightning but right angles) these beams seemed to change from the bluish purple color as they emerged from the halo to a pale red at the end. This was visible for about an hour at its brightest from 9.30 to10:30 pm, after which it seemed to diminish slowly until it was completely burnt out by 11.30 PM. Canada - UFO Flying Triangles
PITT MEADOWS, B.C. -- On February 11, 2009 at roughly 6 PM, while driving my wife home we saw a black triangle craft heading to the northeast. An airliner passing thru the same area nearly hit the black triangle and veered up and away. We pulled over to check it out and I grabbed my camera from the back seat as the triangle made a tight circle and headed back southwest. Then a diamond shaped craft with many lights around it including a forward and rear facing directed type spotlight flew towards the triangle.
This diamond craft was 4 or 5 times the size of the triangle but was still mostly partially obscured in the cloud cover. The diamond made a wider and slower turn and matched up with the smaller triangle craft heading southwest
I snapped this picture as the solid black triangle was beginning its turn. The triangle craft had three lights underneath with a light near each tip. It was very easily viewed with the naked eye. This craft moved slowly and smoothly, and when it turned it made an impossibly tight turn. We heard no sound from this one although we heard the plane it nearly collided with perfectly as it passed overhead.
The diamond craft was truly massive and made a low humming sound and seemed to be projecting the clouds above its surface as a form of camouflage perhaps. This craft moved very slowly and smoothly. The diamond and triangle were not like any civilian or military planes we've ever seen, and that includes the stealth fighter/bomber. Thanks to MUFON CMS
Chile -- Lenticular UFO
CHACARILLAS -- On the afternoon of Monday March 9, 2009, a team consisting of Ramon Navia and Conchita Pascual of Spain's IIEE, along with Raul Nuñez, IIEE's Chilean coordinator, and Osvaldo Muray, the main protagonist was able to capture a series of spectacular UFO photos.
The delegation of Spanish researchers was able to ascertain "on site" the Chacarillas Range where Muray claims to have photographed and witnessed -- for over nearly 19 years -- an entire sequence of unexplained phenomena that he has recorded daily. Readers will remember that on April 12, 2008, an impressive bolide was captured by Raul Nunez's photo camera as Muray and another Chilean collaborator visited the site. He is greatly surprised that national scientific organizations or independent researchers have not shown any interest for what is going on in these hills.
NOUFA presents one of the photos taken, but it is aware of an entire sequence of strange lights and "orb" phenomena that were taken after a patient and constant effort over time that was rewarded yet again. LONDON -- I was researching a project on the Betty and Barney Hill and the alien Fish Map, locating it on Google sky and cataloging it. I'm trying to see if I can match pyramids, Ziggurats, Megaliths and Temples from all over world to a particular star system and see if there's any activity there. If there are pyramids on Mars and Venus then there might be activity around these planets. I just zoomed in on Venus and something caught my eye and I have no idea what it is which is why I am sending it to you. My heart sank as soon as I saw it and my feeling is that it could possibly be a UFO. Kind Regards Vicky
SHROPSHIRE -- Up to 30 sightings of mysterious spheres of light have been logged by UFO experts in the last two months - with eight recorded in the last week. Phillip Hoyle, of the UFO Investigation and Research Unit in Shrewsbury, is conducting an investigation into the phenomenon witnessed by dozens of county residents. Reports of orange and white glowing spheres poured in this week. Many people sighted the globes in the skies above the county on March 10, 2009, when Joe Szpalek spotted a mystery ball of light at about 7 PM on Tuesday. The 26-year-old said: "I saw what I thought was a meteor or meteorite which appeared to be dropping from the sky. I phoned a mate who I knew in town to see if he saw anything crash or heard anything. It was a huge ball of light plummeting to the ground at a rate of knots. The more I thought about it, it just looked like a solid white ball of light shooting quickly to the ground."
But Mr. Hoyle said he believes there is no metrological explanation for the sightings as there was no electrical storm that night. He said people have suggested the spheres could have been debris from rockets. "It became clear that people were trying to blame it on re-entry but it does not conform to that," he added. "A lot of these are small but they are usually connected to a larger sphere. I have had reports of them coming in from as far as Bury St Edmonds in Lancashire." A number of spheres were sighted a number of years ago in Castle fields and people were claiming abduction and neighbors reported seeing the spheres above that particular house. "I am constantly doing interviews this week and I have a number next week, including one with a father and daughter from Sutton Maddock, near Telford, who saw three large spheres." CHRISTCHURCH, DORSET - On March 10, 2009, at 6:45 PM, a bright green constant light was observed travelling southwest at incredible high speed in a straight line by two witnesses. It was probably below 5000 feet. Visible for just a few seconds then vanished. Clear moonlit sky, no cloud, stars evident. It did not disappear into cloud, just ceased. Unidentified Aerial Phenomena were spotted over: Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Indiana, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Vermont, and West Virginia. UFOs were also seen in Argentina, Canada, China, El Salvador, Ireland, Mexico, Netherlands, South Africa, and the UK/ England.
The purpose of these files is to report weekly the UFO eyewitness and photo/video evidence that occurs on a daily basis around the world and in space. Many people claim it is impossible for UFOs to visit Earth, I ask you only to keep an open mind and watch the evidence we accumulate each week. These Files assume that extraterrestrial intelligent life not only exists, but my hypothesis is that the over two hundred UFOs reported each week represent technologically advanced spacecraft conducting surveillance of Earth. Saturn Moons in Transit
Every 14 to 15 years, Saturn's bright beautiful rings are tilted on edge to our line of sight and the rings seem narrow but provide the opportunity to watch multiple transits of Saturn's moons. During a transit, a sunlit moon and its shadow glide across the cloudy face of the gas giant. Recorded on February 24, this Hubble image shows the transit of four of Saturn's moons. From left to right are Enceladus and its shadow, Dione and its shadow, and Saturn's largest moon Titan. The small moon Mimas is just touching Saturn's disk near the ring plane at the far right. The shadows of Titan and Mimas have both moved off the right side of the disk. Saturn has an equatorial diameter of about 120,000 kilometers. These Moons hold the possibility of life. Mars - South Pole Strange Construction
Norman Bryden writes, "You may be interested in the following image showing multiple light-colored similarly-sized disk, saucer or dome-shaped objects on Mars shown near the center of the image. A road or travel-way leading up to the side and a pointed tip is visible on top of the object or possible building. The image represents an area approximately .35 kilometers wide. The Phoenix Lander also confirmed that atmospheric ice may get large enough to fall as snow in arctic regions. So water may be why Martian cities seem to be in Polar regions. This is a NASA MOC narrow-angle image E08-01672, called "South Polar pit walls and dune field, Longitude of image center is 6.89°W. War of the Sons of Light and Sons of Darkness
A couple of years ago, Dr. Edgar Mitchell and I had a brief conversation after we spoke to about fifty Congressional staff personnel in Washington DC. He indicated as I do that we may be visited by some type of intelligence from space. I asked Edgar, what he thought was the real secret to all of this concerning UFOs? He said, "The answers are all in the Dead Sea Scrolls." I said, "You mean like the Sons of Light and Darkness?" He said, yes but even now; not all of these scrolls have been revealed. I searched the scrolls myself later to find some meaning. The text of the "War of the Sons of Light and Sons of Darkness" describes an invisible war where two sides are in an apocalyptic battle for Earth. The angels and mankind are described as being part of the fight.
"Warrior angels are in our muster, and He that is mighty in War is in our throng. The army of His spirits marches beside us. Our horsemen come like clouds or like banks of dew, to cover the earth, or like torrential showers, to rain judgment on all that grows in it. Opposing the good forces are the forces of darkness. But for corruption thou hast made Belial, an angel of hostility. All his dominion is darkness and guilt. All the spirits that are associated with him are angels of destruction. They follow only the laws of darkness, and their craving is directed toward it." Pages 414-416 The Dead Sea Scriptures.
U.S. military officials and the "UFO Alien" invasion
Since World War II high ranking U.S. political figures and military officials have promoted the "UFO alien" invasion theme. On October 8, 1955, General Douglas MacArthur stated,
"The nations of the world will have to unite, for the next war will be an interplanetary war. The nations of the earth must someday make a common front against attack by people from other planets."
Canadian researcher Grant Cameron reports that several years later Brigadier General. John A. McDavid, USAF, Director of Communications-Electronic for the Joint Chiefs of Staff during a speech at Milliken University, Decatur, Illinois, stated: "Before long, people may be forced to realize and accept as a fact that this earth is only an infinitesimal grain of sand in an infinite universe. The human is one of many forms of life with which God is concerned and others are superior to us. And if this is true, our meeting with other types of existence in other places in the universe quite likely will increase the potential element of conflict rather than reduce it."
Peru – Crashed UFO Was Hit by Something
Marine Corp Lance Corporal John Weygandt, who was part of the Disclosure Project, was sent to Peru in March 1997, to provide perimeter security for a radar installation that he was told tracked drug traffic aircraft in Peru and Bolivia. He states, "About midnight, while I was on guard duty, Sergeant Allen and Sergeant Atkinson told me, an aircraft crashed and they need us to go and secure the crash site." Early that morning we drove six Hummers close to the crash site just when it started to get light. Well, we found the area real easy because there was a huge gash in the land where something had crashed. Everything was burned and it was like something had almost cut warm butter with a knife. It was like something on fire or had some kind of energy like a laser had cut it. It was really strange. I was in the front with Sergeant Allen and Sergeant Atkinson and we were ten or twenty meters ahead of everyone else. We were the first ones to see this thing. It had gone up the hill and then off in the side of the ravine and ridge. This was a 200-foot ridge, of solid rock. A huge craft was buried at a 45-degree angle in the side of the cliff there at the ridge. It was straight up and down.
The craft was dripping a greenish-purple syrup-like liquid. The liquid was everywhere and fluctuated like it was alive and changing to a different shade of greenish purple. The craft was humming like a bass guitar and had a slowly turning light. Most of the craft seemed buried into the cliff but vents, like a fish gill were on the back. The liquid got on my clothes and ate holes in them and burned off some the hair on my arms. There were three holes in the ship that may have been hatches that were not flush with the main body of the craft. There was another hatch the same width and diameter of the top hatch and it was kind of crooked to the side and it was half open. I didn't see any lights or anything coming out of it but I felt this… presence. It is real strange. I think the creatures calmed me. It was weird and I think they were trying to communicate with me, like, I guess, telepathically. The Corporal estimated the craft was ten meters in width and about 20 meters in length and shaped like something between an egg and a teardrop. The skin of the craft had bumps and notches and appendages on it. It was really organic and almost like art. It looked like something that could be made in a shop. It looked like it could have been handmade but out of what materials I do not know. It was definitely nothing like titanium. It looked like metal but there was no reflection. The sun was shining on it and I could see the different shades of the craft and it didn't reflect anything. Suddenly the Sergeants were yelling at me to get the hell out of there.
After we climbed back up, the Department of Energy people were there. They knew about it so I don't know why we went there still to this day. But anyway, I was arrested and cuffed, both hands down. I had all my gear taken from me by men in black cammies who threatened me and subdued me and put me on a cot. They had no name tags. At the crash site there were about thirty of these guys wearing hazard suits.
I had been told aircraft were flying in and out of the atmosphere at mach ten plus. When you have objects that reenter the atmosphere and then stop on a dime and then turn around and go exactly the opposite direction – that is kind of strange. Meteors don't do that. The craft was not from Earth. I knew that when I looked at it. I wondered if those facilities were built for the intent to track UFO's and their cover was to track drug aircraft. They had laser range finders and all kinds of high tech stuff that I have never seen before. I couldn't really explain it. They looked like big telescopes and some sort of Command Center manned by a multi-national force. So these craft were tracked from this particular radar and were logged. I'm confident that when I saw the aircraft, it had been hit by something. Something had taken it out.
Editor's Note: Corporal Weygandt described a craft damaged by enemy action, either ours or an opposing alien force. His testimony on Page 274 of "Disclosure: Witnesses Reveal the Greatest Secrets" by Steven Greer M.D. is excellent and indicates lethal deadly force was being used against alien intruders during the Clinton Administration. We can assume this war continues.

US Sightings
Alaska Redoubt Volcano Erupts.
REDOUBT VOLCANO -- UFOs were filmed in the area before the eruption. Alaska's Redoubt Volcano erupted with five large explosions recorded at 10:38 p.m. and 11:02 p.m. on Sunday, March 22, and then at 2:14 a.m., 1:39 a.m. and 4:37 a.m. on Monday. The National Weather Service has issued an Ashfall Advisory, with light ashfall already reported in some regions. Located about 100 miles southwest of Anchorage, REDOUBT's last eruption occurred in 1989-1990, causing widespread mudfalls.
Alabama -- Disc
BIRMINGHAM – I was at work and takiing a smoke break in the middle of the afternoon on February 27, 2009, when I saw a brown featureless object clearing the trees and coming toward me. It was shaped like a disc, but with a "handle" protruding from it, like a frying pan. It was moving very slowly, perhaps 5 mph. It flew directly over my head about 100 feet up and was silent and flying totally straight. It was about the size of a car hood. I used my cell phone to call a coworker who came out and witnessed this as well. It disappeared over the other horizon at 600 yards or so and was in my view for 3-4 minutes. Thanks to MUFON CMS
Arizona -- Four Fighters with Huge Flying Triangle and Landing Pad Imprints
LAKE HAVASU CITY -- On March 18, 2009, about 7 PM, my family was enjoying a fish fry in my father-in-law's backyard and noticed four fighters flying in combat formation (Lead plane forward, wingman to the right and slightly behind). There were two sets of two fighters trailing an enormous craft clustered with dozens of amber lights. They were all traveling south at a consistent pace and turned northwest flying over our heads. Seven people witnessed the event including myself. As the craft came dead straight above our heads, we could see clearly that it was a huge vehicle. It had a main body of amber lights and a "hull" and one wing outstretched to about 300+feet. We could all make out the triangle/boomerang shape because of the stars being blocked out as it passed them and by a small very faint reddish glow at the tip of the wing. The fighters kept pace and followed, maintaining the same distance throughout.
Thirty minutes later my wife and I were leaving to drive home and the craft flew over again, but this time the fighters were not in formation. We arrived home and I could see it circling back around and I grabbed my 30 power binoculars and saw the dark craft perfectly at 10,000+ feet, that barely fit into view through the eye pieces. It definitely blocked out the background stars and was boomerang shaped. Its amber lights at the center of the body were strange; I could not tell if they were on the outside of the craft or if that part of the craft was transparent. They seemed to be clustered in an oval shape but some were slightly larger than others indicating that I could see the closest ones and the furthest ones simultaneously. I could confirm that the wing tips had very miniscule lights on each end as well. The fighters were trailing behind again. We sat outside for about 30 minutes and I saw the craft circling for a fourth pass that I got on film! This was one of the most impressive things I have ever witnessed! Thanks to MUFON CMS
MARINE CORPS AIR STATION YUMA -- Four Marines and myself observed three hexagonal shaped landing pad imprints in the sand about 3-4 feet in diameter with small hexagon shapes filling inside of the larger hexagon that looked like a honeycomb. We were at the rifle range at 6 AM, in March of 1984. There was no craft, but the imprints formed a perfect triangle and were about three inches deep. The circumference of the three pad impressions was about 8-10 feet from each other and in the middle were some small charred remains, which were pebble size, black, and rocky. No foot prints or residual blast area was obvious. Whatever landed and took off did so with no blast effect. Otherwise the site would have been obliterated. I know of no propulsion system we have that can land and take off without a blast from engines. We were soon told by Sergeant to get away from there. California -- Strange Moving Lights and Discs
VICTORVILLE -- I was at a friend's house at 3AM on September 7, 2007 hanging out in his drive way in Apple Valley, when he noticed a "star" moving in the distance. Sure enough we all saw the light moving back and forth very rapidly so we got his Mom's digital camera and shot multiple pictures to try and validate the sighting. I tried jerking the camera to mimic what we were seeing in the pictures... it barely appeared visible on the screen. The object stayed in sight for about an hour moving back and forth as we talked in amazement.
FREMONT -- I was driving down Fremont Boulevard on March 19, 2009, when I noticed something shiny with red on it low in the sky at 5 PM. At first I thought it was a low-flying helicopter coming towards the Auto mall. I noticed that the object was actually flat and shaped like an upside-down shiny metal plate. The sun was glaring off its shiny surface and there was some red on it. It flew towards me over the neighborhood, and then headed north and shot away in just a few seconds. LONG BEACH -- From 7 to 7:25 PM, on March 17, 2009, my sons and I saw another UFO in the skies over Long Beach. We were in the backyard taking pictures when we noticed an object going east and there was no red light visible required by FAA regulations. All other aircraft taking off from the airport had the red light. Then it started to hover and immediately changed direction and again did not have the FAA green light on its opposite side.
Note: The witness snapped nearly 60 photos of her sighting. She submitted two photos with her report. Like most nocturnal lights sightings I can't render a guess on what these lights represent. As pointed out by the witness no green or red lights are present. Red lights are on the left wing and green lights are on the right wing of regular aircraft per FAA requirement. SIMI VALLEY -- I was taking pictures of the sky from 9 to 10 AM, on March 17, 2009, since it was so clear and bright. I was enjoying the day seated in the patio working with my PC. Then I heard and saw a green helicopter flying low and I tried to photograph it, but couldn't so I kept taking photos of the sky, towards the mountains and Freeway 118 about 20 miles NW of Los Angeles. Later upon examining all the photos in my PC, I saw the object that looked like a saucer shiny surface and all. Later I took more photos in the afternoon that look like triangular objects.
Note: The afternoon photos mentioned by the witness were not sent. The saucer like object photo was sent and is displayed. A photo of a conventional aircraft was sent to illustrate recognition of the difference between an "unknown" and a conventional aircraft. I don't believe that the object in the photo is an "out-of-focus" bird or insect. However, a conventional explanation cannot be totally ruled out. Colorado -- A Cylinder Shaped UFO
FORT COLLINS -- My friends and I were sitting in the Avos Restaurant patio at 4:30 PM, on March 14, 2009, when. I looked up and saw a shiny object high up in the sky that flickered and jerked to the left then back again. I became excited and made everybody look. Four of us saw it and I watched for five minutes as it moved erratically, but stayed in one central area. I was still looking in the same area when a dull white cylinder came cruising by and flipped end-over-end several times before going west out of view. At 6 PM, I filed a MUFON report and went out on my deck and saw two balls of light side by side moving fast to the NE. Ran inside to get my video camera, came back out, but the object was gone. Ten minutes later I saw a bright light and managed film it for about a minute as it moves and then swoops down. At one point you can see it dart back to the left then to the right. Florida – Flashing red, green and blue Light
ORLANDO -- Went out for a smoke at 12:15 AM, on March 21, 2009 and I saw a star-like object to the west that was flashing red, green and blue every two seconds. At first it remained still, until it darted from left to right in less than a second. I called my sister outside and she verified it wasn't a plane. We live in the OIA landing corridor and this object turned in a slow circle like it was banking, and then proceeded to the west and disappeared. Thanks to MUFON CMS

Indiana – Flying Triangle and Landing Evidence
MICHIGAN CITY -- I was on my way to work on March 19, 2009 at 6:20 AM, when I saw a pattern of lights blinking in a triangle shape hovering over Lake Michigan. I was looking north from County Road 400W and saw it blinking ten times at each point for three seconds. The light moved in a clock wise blink pattern following the corners. I knew it was nothing I had ever seen before. The distance was what I perceived to be to the North at least ten miles from where I was at an altitude from 5,000 to 10,000 feet. I grabbed my camera 1.3 Mega pixel; it's a T mobile phone and started taking pictures and saving them as fast as I could. I could not get the lights strobing on three attempts. The 4th attempt I was successful in capturing the object, as it lit up brightly white and sped upward at an angle. I was 100 feet' short of the intersection of 400W and Cleveland Road.
GREENCASTLE -- On March 21, 2009, at about 4:30 PM, I decided to try to retrieve my golf balls in our field and came across a strange 12 foot in diameter circle. I returned home grabbed my Sony handy cam and took a video of the circle and showed the photo's to my Mother, who said, she saw something strange in the sky to the northwest of our home. I called a close friend who visited the site and took soil samples for evidence. The circular pattern was completely dry while outside of it was moist. There is a pile of dead corn stalks and bean stalks inside the circle that shows evidence of a swirl pattern. The outer part of the circle has an inch or more of plant matter that has been moved in a swirl pattern. We returned on the 22nd to test for anything abnormal. We got nothing with the metal detector or compass, but the stud finder acted strange which I did not expect. Thanks to MUFON CMS
New Jersey -- Slow Moving White Light
SOMERSET -- On March 20, 2009, at 9:30 PM, I was looking at the stars and noticed this very slow moving bright white light in the northeast. It was making a gentle left turn heading south and completely vanished after about 25 seconds. There was a lot of air traffic and all of their lights had considerable less intensity. Traffic in the area seemed to be all at a level below this light and moving faster. It was the cleanest white light I have ever seen, it was beautiful. Thanks to MUFON CMS
New York Cigar Shaped UFO as Large as a Football Field
MARCY -- I saw a cigar shaped object the size of a football field that had a shadowy grey appearance and its center edge stuck out a little, almost like looking at a submarine sandwich. The cigar was moving slowly north towards Griffiths Air Base and did not make any noise and had no lights. When it passed over me I pulled over and noticed another auto had stopped. It hovered over for a minute and darted north at high speed faster than any aircraft. This happened at least 15 years ago and I am 52 so it's too late to accuse me of being a crack pot. Middleport -- Bill writes, I was in the seventh grade and was using the pencil sharpener and looked out the window to see five or six little alien guys playing on the school playground. They were greenish in color and three of four feet tall. I was there so long that my teacher Mr. Werner said, "What are you doing?" I told him about what I had observed. He told me to continue watching them. The whole class started laughing at me. Finally he told me to take my seat.
A couple of weeks later I saw it in the paper that a girl in West Virginia observed the same thing. Since then I've had the nightmares, and I've been in stages where I was awake but couldn't move. I'm very restless. I just had a CT scan on my sinuses. They found something strange in them. It interferes with my breathing. I constantly have to take Antibiotics but they don't help. I also have an object under my right thumb.
I'm willing to take a polygraph test in reference to all this. I think I need to see a good Hypnotist. I find that I can only sleep a few hours each night. Thanks to Bill Stevens
Pennsylvania -- A Hexagon or Octagon Shaped UFO
YORK, (Red Lion) -- On March 9, 2009, from 10:20 to 10:25 PM, my ten year old twin daughters witnessed a nearly blinding UFO. It was so bright that we got up to look as it approached. It was the shape of a hexagon or octagon if you could combine the two. It was about the size of a 747 aircraft with 1/2 the wing size added on each side. There were several large round yellowish lights, six large lights with two smaller lights next to each one. The largest lights were on the outer edge and just a little bit inward were the smaller ones on either side, somewhat like a triangle. Tennessee – Flying Triangle
JACKSON -- On March 20, 20009, at 6 AM, I was leaving for work when I felt really strange like I was being watched. Just before I opened my car door I heard a very soft whisper or wave like the ocean. I looked up and there was a triangle shaped object above my house that had a white light on each corner of the craft, with and a red pulsating light in the middle. It was traveling very slowly and I thought it was a stealth bomber.
I went to work telling everybody that a stealth bomber just flew over Bemis and when I got home I called my brother about my sighting. He said, "You saw a black triangle UFO." I got on the internet and looked at pictures of stealth bombers and he was right. The bomber had a web shape on the tail and I saw a full triangle and no web.

Texas – Discs
BRECKENRIDGE – On March 15, 2009, while returning home about 8 PM, I saw a golden orange light which was not an aircraft. The light was moving north over Highway 180 and was lower than the path taken by planes landing at our local air field and much larger. I saw it again nine miles NE of Cisco when the same golden orange light paced my car for six miles.
Then on March 17, 2009, at 8:15 PM, I topped Five Mile Hill and saw a bright light at dusk that pulsed and flashed brightly continuously. Suddenly the elongated golden orange star brightened moving east at 1000 feet AGL with another object beside it. They looked like two large glowing grains of rice like this digital depiction. Vermont - Police Cars and Yellow Light
SOUTH BURLINGTON -- I was on I-89 North near the Winooski Exit when I saw a dark yellowish round light moving extremely fast towards the ground at 8:50 PM, on March 9, 2009. I was heading north, having just passed the airport and my instinct said a plane was crashing, but there was no impact or huge explosion. It was a distinct ball that moved rapidly into the horizon and was gone.
A mile east from this spot were a dozen police cars pulled off the road into a field with all their lights off? I couldn't understand why so many police were doing this late at night at such an awkward location having driven onto the grass field to make room for all the squad cars. It was odd that they had all their lights off. There is a Military base roughly a mile from where the squad cars were piled together if it is of any added connection. Thanks to MUFON CMS
West Virginia A Brilliant Yellow Orange Ball
WOOD COUNTY -- On March 7, 2009, I saw an illuminated object traveling north that dimmed and wasn't visible for a few seconds, then illuminated again further on its trajectory. I dashed inside for the camera and binoculars, but the object was gone when I returned. The next night, at 9:30 PM, ahead of an approaching storm, I saw a bright yellow-orange flash that cast a shadow on the doors. It was a brilliant yellow-orange ball of light and I began shouting for my wife. This light was moving away from the earth at a 40 degree angle and was visible for 30 seconds before quickly dimming and shrinking. SCARBOROUGH -- I have another strange long white object caught on film at work on March 11, 2009, on my 20th Wedding Anniversary. I took this picture on a great clear afternoon day, facing south at 12:03 PM. One can be amazed when cutting direct sunlight. I observed once again a pattern happening. That my actual sightings seem to appear to be active during the moon cycles of the month. This photo was taken during a Full Moon. In all honesty; I have no idea what this long white anomaly really could be in origin. Just another really strange something passing by caught on film. ~ PS: I'm glad to see more information regarding Abduction posted on Filer's Files. VERNON, B.C. -- On March 7, 20009, my wife came home at about 10:30 PM, and asked me to look at some weird lights in the southwestern sky. We saw a large object with multicolored lights with higher up. There were blue and red lights side by side. There were two that seemed to be actually moving and they moved side by side from east to west. It took three minutes for the lights to move to the horizon where we could no longer see them. They appeared to come closer together at the horizon and then quickly spread apart. We phoned friends in nearby Kelowna and other friends at the north end of town and they all confirmed seeing exactly the same lights. Another one appeared in the northeast. The remaining lights remained in one place and were higher up in the night sky. The largest one that my wife first saw seemed to be dropping slowly towards the horizon. China -- UFO Spotted from Aircraft
XINHUA -- By Elaine Chow, on March 18, 2009, Chinese officials reported a UFO sighting while airborne at 11:45 PM, and snapped pictures of it too. In a report from Xinhua, the government-sponsored news agency, a group of journalists and officials were on a Southern Airlines flight in late February when one of them noticed an unusual luminous object traveling alongside their vessel.
After excitedly pointing it out to everyone around him, one journalist managed to snap a few photos before the object suddenly changed directions and swerved northeast. The witnesses debated whether it was a plane - but later, another plane appeared and everyone agreed that it looked nothing like the unidentified object they'd just seen. El Salvador -- Flying Triangle near Volcano
QUEZALTEPEC VOLCANO, San Salvador, It was August 3 of 2008 at 14:08 hours, I was at my aunt's house at about ten miles from the volcano looking at the panorama, when I noticed something strange going up and down, side to side, even hid behind the volcano. I tried to photograph the UFO with my phone but the zoom was too little so I went looking for my aunt's camera. I took twelve images and two videos with her Samsung 630 and it stayed for about three hours. Ireland's Defence Forces Maintained a Dossier on UFOs

Ireland's Defence Forces maintained a dossier on unidentified flying objects for 37 years, according to details released under the country's freedom of information laws. Yahoo reports that the documents dating back to 1947 that were released to the Irish Times newspaper report on a range of strange sightings. There are apparently a wide range of descriptions of UFOs that were reported, some being like fried eggs, while others are described as things like a household iron with fins at the back. One entry in the file from a shopkeeper and farmer in County Kerry in the southwest of the country in 1947 says he told police he saw a round object moving "faster than a motor car" through the sky. "It was flat and was like a big wheel or large plate... the rim was white and it was hollow in the centre."According to a spokesman for the Defence Ministry, the UFO dossier was no longer maintained after 1984. Mexico -- Moving Star UFOs
BAlACAN -- I was traveling with my cousin to judge a Snook Fishing Tournament in Tabasco, Mexico, on February 16, 2009, and we decided to stop at a car park, and take some pictures with my HP935 digital camera. When we got to the hotel, and downloaded the images to my lap-top, we saw several lines and flashing signs. While most of the stars do not move the one at the top created a pattern of movement. I know astronomy and Aviation, and I am a biologist, so I know this is not an airplane, not a satellite, and not a firefly, so what is it? Thanks to MUFON CMS
Netherlands - UFO Photo
AMSTERDAM -- I was just taking a photo of the city on March 21, 2009, at 5:26 PM, and I didn't see anything in the sky. Five seconds later, I took another photo at the same place. I checked both photos and realized that on one photo was a sphere and on the other photo was nothing. The object disappeared immediately. I was amazed by this but very happy. Thanks to MUFON CMS
South Africa - Cell phone Photos
WITBANK -- Twenty three lights moved steadily in the night-sky of Witbank, South Africa on Friday March 6, 2009 -- and scores of residents in nearby Middelburg also saw them. They called in the police, who filmed the odd formation of lights on their cell phones. Mrs. Hetta Malan of Middelburg was one of the many residents who spotted the formation as moved steadily towards the nearby mining town of Witbank, she told the Afrikaans-language newspaper Beeld. Police inspectors Chris Gatzonis and Awie Labuschagne of the Middelburg police station even filmed the lights. The footage, shown on the Beeld newspaper website, can be seen here.
"We were on active duty and driving across the bridge at Aerorand in Middelburg. First we saw five orange lights, moving in formation going in the direction towards Witbank. Then the clouds moved in front of them and we lost sight of them," said Chris Gatzonis. This was the first time the lights were spotted. And last weekend, the two police officers saw similar lights again -- this time they counted a pattern in formation of 23 lights, coming back from Witbank. UK/England - UFO Declassified Files Support ET Existence
More than a thousand pages of documentation, covering UFO sightings between 1987 and 1993, were made public for the first time on Saturday, revealing information that can only be considered as stunning. Whilst the documents do not provide absolute proof of the existence of aliens, at least one of the reports offers sufficient mystery to suggest that we are not alone. On August 4, 1990 near the A9, at Calvine a diamond shaped UFO was seen hovering in daylight. According to two witnesses, the UFO hovered for about 10 minutes, during which time military aircraft were also seen making a series of low-level passes. The craft later flew up into the sky at a great speed. The witnesses took a number of photographs and at least six of these were given to the Daily Record newspaper, who in turn presented these to the Ministry of Defence. A report was prepared for the then Under Secretary of State (Sir Archie Hamilton) on September 14, 1990, informing him that the Scottish Daily Record might run a story on the UFO sighting. The photographs, which were not published, showed a jet aircraft flying nearby. Further investigation revealed that this was a Harrier and that a second jet may also be visible in one of the photographs. The Ministry of Defence had no idea where the Harriers had come from and the sighting remains a mystery.
What was it doing there and why did the Harriers appear to investigate the craft. The sighting was certainly taken seriously by the authorities but the information was withheld, until now! But why release this information now, after keeping it secret for almost 19 years? It seems hard to believe that the increase in sightings recently, together with a more relaxed stance by the UK and US on revealing previously secret UFO information, not to mention the Vatican's changed views on alien life, is all a coincidence. What is going on? Are we being prepared for alien contact in the very near future, or is it a "fake" alien visit, designed to trick the public into accepting new conditions and control? The military is worried about new threats in space and is now attempting to make its key personnel aware of the threat with a new focus on Space Education: At the 25th National Space Symposium in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Air University officials introduced a new special area of emphasis (SAE) topic called space as a contested environment that is being added to US joint military education.
Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Admiral Mike Mullen established this special area of emphasis to highlight "the space domain's emergence as an environment where US superiority has been and will continue to be challenged." The Chairman uses SAEs to bring attention to areas of great importance to the joint military community. Air University officials, along with Air Force Space Command and the National Security Space Institute, spent the past year working with military educators and the Joint Staff to develop the space-focused SAE. The fact that space is a contested domain is not new news as senior Air Force officials have been warning of this for some time now.
Scientists and key military personnel must open their minds to the possibility of the UFO/ET phenomenon and stop prejudging others who are researching this area. This will require each to do their own "research" into the matter. The few military personnel that are aware of the UFO/ET situation should share the reality and their understanding with scientific colleagues to start to bring them up to speed. Academic personnel and scientists should share this knowledge with their students and the public, for it is the next generation of students and graduate students that will help make the breakthroughs in research to explain what has been observed for several generations.
Testimony of Mr. John Maynard, Defense Intelligence Agency (ret.)
While at the DIA, I saw some documents that pertained to extraterrestrials. They were code-worded. A normal person reading it may not catch it, it would go right on beyond them. These were top secret documents. I imagine most of them are still classified. A lot of them pertained to Salt 1 and Salt 2, the strategic arms limitation treaties with Russia.
I also saw pictures of UFOs from, I believe it was called, the National Intelligence Photographic Center over on Hayes Street right there in Arlington. Once in a while an anomaly would show up on the pictures that didn't belong there.. a round object, a triangular object. They were not markings put on the photograph that indicated some place or anything like that. These were above ground. These anomalies came up in certain photographs and things that we received at our office at DIA and, we always thought they were interesting.
You knew that they were not part of something that was placed on the photograph, like a marker. It was not a normal type of object, particularly the oblong ones or the circles or the triangular ones - the triangles were kind of funny, with a rounded corner on the tail end of it. These were taken most generally with the Talent Keyhole Satellites, and they would show these objects, these UFOs in them. They would be objects from the TK11, TK12 shots that were taken, that showed the anomalies. Sometimes you could actually track it photograph by photograph as it moved across the , you knew that it moved.
I had a rather interesting incident, not in an organization that I belong to as far as the DIA, but it was an office put within my area at DIA. Since it was in my area of security, I received the code name to go in there and to look at the office. It was called Omni Project #65533; It dealt with radar satellites. I was talking with one of the sergeants over there in a little show room they had, and I noticed the satellite's positioning. I said, "Now this is supposed to be a system that tracks radar anomalies on Earth, right?" He says, "Yep, that's what it does." So I ask, "Then why are half of them pointed towards outer space, towards the moon, towards areas that are just blank space?" I said, "At least half of those satellites that you got up there aren't looking at Earth.. well what are they looking for?" He says, "Well you got to have a need to know to know about that." I said, "I see, in other words, who's coming?" And he says, "We don't know." I just thought it rather odd that they were tracking stuff from outer space.
I also did work with the Camp David accords and assigning the SR-71s, the Blackbird, to map the Sinai, and there were several reports at that particular time that the Blackbird had been accompanied by something that wasn't from this Earth. The photos of the Sinai would show anomalies that weren't part of the terrain, weren't part of the people, weren't part of the atmosphere. East Coast Flap
Numerous reports were received along the coast of Maryland, Virginia and North Carolina on March 29, and particularly March 30, 2009. The flashing lights and booming sounds that were attributed to a piece of orbiting space junk were not the result of a man-made object, according to the United States Air Force. Stefan Bocchino of the USAF Joint Space Operations Center says the "bright light" seen over parts of the East Coast Sunday night was not a result of a man-made space object. The Joint Space Operations Center tracks more than 19,000 man-made objects in space, but no natural phenomena.
Witnesses described yellow and orange flashes in the sky with booms that prompted calls to 911 and the National Weather Service that stated, "Numerous reports have been called in to this office and into local law enforcement concerning what appeared to be flashes of light in the sky over the Suffolk/Virginia Beach area. We are confident in saying that this was not lightning. So far...we have not seen or heard of any damage and will continue to inquire as to the cause." Thanks to John Schuessler
Editor's Note: The most likely cause were bolides or meteors but often UFOs will choose to enter the atmosphere near these objects to camouflage their entry. Intelligence analyst, Sorcha Faal, reports that multitudes of people from Maryland to North Carolina witnessed a fleet of five UFOs being attacked by a squadron of over 75 US warplanes off the Virginia coast on Sun 29th March resulting in the loss of two US planes. First Flight of F-35 Lightining
FORT WORTH -- The first Marine Joint Strike Fighter developmental test pilot took off from the flight line at the Lockheed Martin Aeronautics plant on March 19, 2009. Major Joseph "O. D." Bachmann became the first Marine to pilot the F-35 Lightning II fighter jet, which is slated to become part of the Corps#65533;#65533; aviation arsenal by 2012. Bachmann said the purpose of the flight was to acquire experience and it was easy to fly. The F-35 is a single-engine, single-pilot, multi-role, stealth-capable aircraft. Lockheed Martin is producing three variants of the aircraft.

Alabama -- Six Spot Triangle Shaped UFO
REHOBETH -- I and several of my friends decided to go out to the high school after hours and lay on the football field on February 9, 2009, when a large object, triangle in shape passed directly over us. There was six of us and none of us have ever seen a plane of that size or shape. It moved fairly slowly east and we watched the object until it was out of sight. The craft was a large triangle with six lights at the larger end of the triangle and one light at the tip of the triangle on the bottom. Arizona -- Eraser on the End of a Pencil
PHOENIX -- On March 16, 2009 I received a phone call from a nice fellow who asked if I had received any kind of sighting reports for Phoenix. He went on to explain that he observed something he thought to be a bit unusual at 12:50 PM. An object in the shape of an eraser on the end of a pencil flew across the sky for ten minutes. Just before it vanished, the man noticed a fast moving jet aircraft moving in the direction of the object he had been watching. As soon as the jet got close to the unknown it just disappeared. SAN FRANCISCO -- I was reviewing the photos of my last trip to San Francisco and noticed that a flying object appeared at the left of the City Hall dome.

Florida -- Black Triangle Flying Low
FORT WALTON BEACH -- I walked out back to smoke a cigarette, and watched a plane fly over the Gulf of Mexico heading south and noticed Orion#65533;#65533;s Belt and some of the fainter stars. By now my night vision was fairly good and I caught movement out of the corner of my eye, and instinctively ducked. At first, I thought it was a hang-glider that had "sneaked" up on me without any noise. This triangle was darker than the night sky, without lights, and seemed somewhat transparent in that the outside shape was more clearly defined than the middle.
It was black but with the appearance of "transparency" toward the center mass. If I had not been looking south at that part of the sky at that moment, I would have never detected it. It glided overhead, less than 400 feet AGL, and remained in my vision for eight seconds until it dropped behind the trees. It was moving steadily, but not very fast heading due west. I would estimate the width greater than 25 feet. If it maintained its heading for a few more miles, it had to cross Hurlburt Field. LOOGOOTEE -- At 9 PM, on March 20, 2009, my wife and I were sitting in our hot tub and saw a gaggle of geese coming towards us. I pointed and realized a UFO was flying very fast and straight heading northeast. It flew much faster than jets and flew over our heads and vanished. It was a formation of about 7 to 10 pale orange or yellow triangular shaped lights. If they were separate aircraft they were flying in perfect formation with no noise. We discussed the possibility of a stealth fighter, but this thing was faster than any aircraft I have witnessed. It didn't appear to be that high up in the sky. Thanks to MUFON CMS
CORYDON -- Self and teen were going west on a Harrison County road on March 9, 2009, when we saw three bright white round lights in a triangular shape up ahead. We were actually approaching it fast as if it wasn't moving. We came up to it on Shiloh Road and pulled over to get better look. As we came to a stop it hovered for five seconds longer, than began slowly moving off to the northwest. It was only about 400 feet in altitude and was as long as an airplane in length, but much wider. It had three round large white non-strobing lights. Illinois Sun and Twelve spheres spotted
OAK FOREST -- I was testing my camera in combination with 15x binoculars fitted with solar filters, and decided to photograph the sun on March 29, 2009, even though there was considerable overcast. I took a number of shots of the solar disk. When I downloaded the images, one of them exhibited an oblong white spot. None of the other photos, all taken within minutes of this one, showed anything unusual. The white spot had dimensionality and upper portion is quite light. The solar filters I was using reduce the incoming sun light by a factor of ten thousand times, if I am not mistaken! The underside of the image is in shadow, and it is also apparent that this object is wingless and seems to be a craft. Thanks to MUFON CMS
SPRINGFIELD -- I was crossing the road to deliver my friend#65533;#65533;s clothes on February 2, 2009, at 10:15 PM, and I spotted this egg or sphere shaped craft that was fully visible. I stood there in the middle of the road as the craft moves slowly until out of sight. I was scared because it appeared again. This time it gained in size, only to get smaller and disappear for good. CHICAGO -- My fiance' and I saw light colored spheres in the sky above an airplane while driving to a restaurant near O'Hare airport on March 14, 2009, at 3 PM. I pulled over on Oak Park Avenue and took some photos. She counted twelve spheres, which seemed to be very high up. They were all moving northeast individually. My fianc#65533;#65533; says they may be balloons, so I checked and the wind was blowing southwest at the time. These wouldn't be planes because they were too high up. I called the Police and I was embarrassed so I asked them to just let the military know what I saw. The spheres eventually disappeared into the distance. Maryland -- Square and Round UFO Anomalies Imaged
BALTIMORE -- While taking pictures of a friend by the reservoir on February 9, 2009 at 6:14 PM, nothing flew by us at all, however in my pictures are square and round luminous objects. In one sample these object are together and moving, and in the next image the square object has stopped above us, and the round object is 100 feet above the center of the reservoir. We both would have noticed if something had flown by? However; there are other images at this location which show orange streaks of light flying above the buildings in the distance. ODENTON -- On March 21, 2009, at 9:40 PM, we saw a fireball about the size of a baseball/volleyball that was very bright with a green flare trailing behind. It was falling straight down to earth at a very high speed. I was initially expecting detonation of some sort. I drove toward the area I thought the object impacted. New Jersey -- Cylinder and Space Shuttle Shaped Object
ATLANTIC CITY -- I walked out my front door on January 30, 2009, at 7:20 PM, and noticed a Space-Shuttle shaped flying object that was flying north over the Atlantic Ocean near Absecon Island. LITTLE FALLS --The object has flown above our house about 8 PM, every night since last Friday. It will probably be there tomorrow night too. It is red white and blue to the naked eye, but the camera did not pick that up on February 20, 2009. We have pictures. I am a Rutgers University graduate and I have studied meteorology and this is not a radiosonde. It is somewhat cylindrical in shape and most unusual. My entire family observes it every evening between 6 and 8 PM, since it appeared five days ago. I personally guarantee that you will be as dumbfounded as we are. This is truly a celestial mystery. Massachusetts - Several White Objects
WALPOLE --The witness phoned a few minutes after his sighting on March 25, 2009, at 5:30 PM, and stated that he and his friend viewed several white objects moving in circle at high altitude. There were also regular aircraft in the sky at the time but these were very different and flew in a triangular formation. They apparently stayed in the same area of the sky. They were nearly overhead when at first two or three objects were seen and then up to 20 appeared. Skies were mostly clear at the time and after about 15 to 20 minutes the objects disappeared. New Hampshire -- Maneuvering Object
LONDONDERRY -- We were coming from Boston on Sunday night, March 22, 2009, at 9:05 PM, and pulled into my driveway and looked up and saw what I assumed was a satellite. They got out of the car and looked up and said where? I couldn't see anything moving, and my son said, "Oh yes there it is!" It was moving slower than a few seconds before. Then it started moving a little faster so you could easily see that it was moving. We watched it for a couple of seconds and I saw it jerk real quickly to the right about an inch and then back. I thought that it was my eyes playing tricks on me so I didn't say anything. My son said, "It moved back and forth real fast didn't it? I said with total surprise you saw that? He said, "Yes it moved." He showed the direction and movement with his hands. We watched it pick up speed moving north and it moved really fast and we lost it in a few seconds.

North Carolina -- Huge Orange Object
RALEIGH -- At about 9:00 PM, on March 30, 2009, I spotted an orange glowing object in my back yard. I grabbed my camera and took these pictures. The object made no sound and seemed to hover for a long time in one place, than it rapidly ascended into the sky. There were a total of four eyewitnesses with me who also observed it. The object appears in the video to be moving around rapidly, that is not the case. I did not have the camera on a tripod and while zoomed in, trying to keep it in the tight shot was difficult. Ohio -- Shooting Star and Flying Object
FOSTORIA -- George Ritter captured this UFO taking off from behind the barn in this early spring video. His RCA VHS video camera regularly picks up UFOs landing and taking off in this farmer#65533;#65533;s field. It is assumed that these craft operate in an underground base since there are numerous underground caverns in the area only thirty miles from the shores of Lake Erie. Thanks to George Ritter
HILLSBORO -- On March 27, 2009, at 11:29 PM, the witness at first thought he saw a shooting star. It was moving so fast and amazing, but then it just stopped. Shooting stars don't do that!
Note: The witness is correct that shooting stars (meteors) don't stop. Assuming that the witness's observations are correct I have no explanation
Pennsylvania -- Electrical Blackout Caused by UFO
GREENSBURG -- Tremont Avenue Productions presented a U-tube interview by Philip Haddad of Eric Harris a theater manager talking about his close encounter in September of 1987. UFO witness Eric Harris saw a large object shaped like a cigar settle down behind the mall and Dingles Nightclub next store. Shortly thereafter the electric power went out. The next day West Penn Power Company personnel came to provide power to his theater and found three fuses blown during the power surge. Normally at most, only one fuse would ever blow out. He told the power company employees that he had see an UFO when the trouble occurred. Oregon -- Small Circular Disks Above Freeway
CLACKAMAS COUNTY -- On Monday March 2, 2009, I walked out on my hilltop deck at 4:15 PM, and spotted four silver objects in the sky. They were moving north fast toward Oregon City over the 205 Freeway at 2500 feet. They were flying under some low clouds, moving up and down and weaving in and around each other. I grabbed my Nikon 12 x 50 binoculars and viewed them for thirty seconds. They were round circular flat objects, less than 50 feet in diameter that tapered down from the center to a fine sharp edge. OLIVER SPRINGS -- On March 21, 2009, at 4:17 PM, while riding in Windrock ATV Park, my girlfriend and I were on top of a good size mountain enjoying the view, when she decided to take a few pictures. When we loaded the pictures on my computer to view them, it was the first thing I noticed in the picture! Neither of us seen it until we actually looked at the pictures! Texas - Semi-Circular UFO
MEDINA LAKE -- On March 25, 2009, about 5:10 PM, my wife, child and I were visiting my Father-in-law at his place near San Antonio. My daughter was on my lap steering a small tractor through dense woods when she pointed at this object directly in front of us about 100 yards away and around 30 feet off the ground. She turned around quickly and hid her eyes on my shoulder. I was extremely nervous that it was so clearly in plain view and that I knew I needed to get pictures.
Not being able to take my eyes off of the object made for fumbling fingers and my daughter was scared to death. By that time the object tilted slightly and the sun light gleamed off of its surface as it disappeared. The craft was semi-circular with mirror type shell with slight protrusions from top center and was 12 to 15 feet side to side and five feet high. I had a slight acidic taste to faint odor and no exhaust trail visible. It had no lights or windows and made no sound. The tractor and cell phone worked fine.
Note: Daytime close encounters with unknown objects are quite uncommon. I spoke to the witness subsequent to his written report. He was quite convinced by what he saw and his daughter was quite frightened and still upset. Apparently the witness did not check to see if the object left any ground traces. The object appeared in a wooded remote area. What more can I say: unidentified!
Virginia -- Multiple Lights Over the Atlantic
FAIRFAX -- I saw a flash of light on March 29, 2009, so I looked out of my back window that gave me an excellent view of a huge white blue sphere of light that flashed and shot backwards away from my area very fast. It again flashed and I saw a smaller sphere move from it, then shortly after was a loud kind of percussion boom. I went outside and felt I was seeing a UFO.
I did not see the sparks or green ball people were describing, but maybe it was just my location. I noticed about 5 minutes or so later up very high in the sky was an object flashing from red to blue to green that moved left and then backwards. It really scared me and my husband came out to see and my Mother drove over to look at it. There were jets flying around up there near the area and then it was gone. There were sirens with emergency folks looking for a crash site. Not everyone saw the big moon like sphere that people in my area did. I have read that now the Naval Observatory is calling it space junk. But as for me, I thought it was a UFO.
CHESAPEAKE -- My wife said, "She heard a loud, rumbling boom and saw a sparkling multi-colored fireball and bright flash of light about 9:45 PM, Sunday March 30, 2009. As it turns out, the sound was heard across several states, and several witnesses in the Hampton Roads area have come forward with their descriptions of what they encountered. It has been reported on several of the local news channels. The metrological folks reported no unusual weather or meteors in the area. Thanks to MUFON CMS
Wisconsin -- Air Force Story
MADISON -- My friend has worked for the Air Force for twenty years and we met his retired working buddy at a nearby restaurant. I joking asked are there UFO's the old man got quiet, and looked at me and stated, "No one will believe you anyway so, I#65533;#65533;ll tell you I#65533;#65533;ve seen them and a grey." He talked about a piece of metal he personally held that was like tin foil thickness and when you crushed it, the tin foil returned back to it normal shape.
This man eyes never left mine, he spoke straight out not thinking just spoke. I was numb and freaked out... I asked about Area 51, and he wouldn#65533;#65533;t admit to it and also changed the story very quick. Argentina -- Disc Shaped Light
PLAYA GARIPE -- The owner of a bakery, Marcelo Clavero had his camera with him when he saw the very powerful haloes of light made by an object in the sky in two separate instances. At 10:30 PM on Sunday, February 24, 2009, he was fishing with his wife, son and brother. As they put their fishing lines into the sea Marcelo saw an intense light. Later in the process of cooking a barbecue, the same powerful beam of light appeared again, that they felt was some kind of unidentified flying object. He asked his wife to take a photo, that shows Marcelo#65533;#65533;s back looking at the sky, and a brilliant spot light. When held close to the observers the photo transforms into a sort of a disk that stands out over the stars. It is possible to see green, blue and red colors in the alleged object. PERTH -- Mary Rodwell writes, "I was down visiting south of Perth, in Western Australia at a small beach town called Yallingup, on March 15, 2009, about 3 PM afternoon, when a friend took this pic of me.
When downloaded we saw two anomalous objects both to the right and left of my profile. These objects were not seen at the time. It still fascinates me that often they will not been seen or recognized by the naked eye but will be in the photo." She went on taking many pictures. She realized in her pictures that objects happen to appear more often on sunset and near the electric lines. QUALICUM BEACH, VANCOUVER ISLAND -- I have been watching the skies along the waterfront for twelve years and have videotaped many UFOs. Mother ships especially and not without their offshoots lined up in a pattern blinking to one another. We've seen large bright "stars" underneath solid cloud cover. Light's brightening intensely, then closing down, and opening up to varying levels again. The most shocking was when I pointed a star out to my Mom who had no belief in UFO's, that moved clear across the sky. Yesterday my son saw four ships above Lasquitie Island at 4 AM. Ireland -- Bright Lights
KENMARE, COUNTY KERRY -- We saw two seemingly stationary, very bright lights in the sky, below the cloud cover. One of the lights moved away at high speed. Much too fast for a helicopter, too low and too fast, with the wrong movement for airplane. The Sun newspaper of March 15, 2009, has reports of sightings in recent days from around the country. KINGSTON -- Walking north for exercise up a city road on March 26, 2009, at 6:10 AM, we stopped to take photographs 500 feet higher than the city. On downloading into a pc, we saw what appeared to be a small disc-shaped object in the upper right hand quadrant of one of the five images we took. It is exactly in front of the Olympus FE 115 digital camera that has a small infra-red focuser beam which would have been pointing directly at the object. AMSTERDAM -- I was in the bus about 8 PM, looking out of the window on March 21, 2009, when suddenly I've noticed something in the sky. It was too big for the bird and it didn't move so I decided to take a few photos. It was in the evening, the sky was perfectly still. My first thought was that it could of been a plane or a bird but it wasn't. The object in the sky didn't move. I was extremely impressed and excited to see it. I was a little shocked. Panama -- Cruise Ship in Pacific Ocean
PACIFIC OCEAN -- We were at sea at 11 PM, on the British P&O Oceana Cruise ship on February 14 2009, off the coast of Panama and noticed a zigzagging light travelling upwards like a Z and then zoomed very very fast in a straight line across the sky a very small light that darted upwards from the right then left then right again and then zoomed very fast straight across the back of the ship. UK -- Disc and Lights
BLACKPOOL -- Driving uphill towards the sea at the rear of Norbreck Castle at 6 PM, in early evening on January 16, 2009, my passenger saw a UFO. We both observed the orange glowing rounded disc, flying slowly parallel with the road. This craft was flying at 200 feet altitude with a short but vivid green flame trail behind it. The object suddenly accelerated at tremendous speed and disappeared heading towards the sea. Friends travelling in another car, a short distance behind us also saw it. None of us have witnessed anything like this before and we were all completely sober.
SOUTHAMPTON -- I had been to see my Mother in the hospital and was walking back to my car on March 21, 2009, when I saw a dim light coming in from the southwest with a string of lights moving the length of it. The UFO was at least 150 feet long and made no noise. The string of lights went out and a lights came on at both ends.. It shot off in a 45 degree angle. Thanks to MUFON CMS|
LIVERPOOL -- On the February 10, 2009, I was on my way to a friend#65533;#65533;s house in city center at 8 PM, and I noticed a formation of four bright lights up in the clear sky. I stopped my jeep on the dark lane and got a good look at the objects. They were round with an orange glow the size of a five pence coin at arm#65533;#65533;s length and 2000 feet high. The speed was about the speed of a slow airship and there was no noise coming from them. I viewed them for seven minutes at a 45 degree angle.
Northern Ireland -- Mach 3+ Oval Depiction
LISBURN -- On February 14, 2009, my two sons and I were gardening a 11:10 AM, when my eldest son aged 7 pointed up and asked me what make of aircraft it was? It looked like an Airbus A321. He then asked why it was dragging a hot air balloon behind it? I looked up again and noticed a small black oval, possibly 20 meters long and 10-15 meters wide which I would estimate was 1200 meters behind the aircraft. For almost a minute the black oval maintained the speed and distance from the Airbus, but it finally 'peeled off' at a speed of which I have never witnessed.
I myself am a former Royal Naval Engineer and was designated to HMS Invincible (1993-1999). During this period I witnessed many military aircraft travelling at speeds in excess of Mach 1.8, usually at military exercises. If I compare the speed of the black oval to military aircraft I have worked with before, I would say it was accelerated from 400+ mph to Mach 3.5 in one second. The purpose of these files is to report weekly the UFO eyewitness and photo/video evidence that occurs on a daily basis around the world and in space. Many people claim it is impossible for UFOs to visit Earth, I ask you only to keep an open mind and watch the evidence we accumulate each week. These Files assume that extraterrestrial intelligent life not only exists, but my hypothesis is that the over a thousand UFOs reported each month represent technologically advanced spacecraft conducting surveillance of Earth. Defense Intelligence Agency Remote Viewing Manual Has Been Released
The Coordinate Remote Viewing Manual has been released by the US government with an Introduction by Paul H. Smith (Major, ret.) who states "For a number of what I consider to be very good reasons, I strenuously resisted making the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA CRV) manual public. Since some of my former colleagues had fewer reservations about its dissemination, it now appears inevitable that the manual will become widely available, beginning with its posting here on this webpage. The best I can do now, it would seem, is to at least provide its context so people will better know how to take it." In 1983-1984, six personnel from the military remote viewing unit at Ft. Meade participated in training contracted from SRI-International. This was the recently-developed coordinate remote viewing training, and the primary developer and trainer was the legendary Ingo Swann. Morris County UFO hoaxers describe stunt, Face charges

Two Morris County men were so proud of pulling off a UFO hoax that they chronicled it in an online magazine. But the Morris County prosecutor regarded the stunt as a threat to aviation and tonight said he was filing disorderly person charges against Chris Russo, 29, and Joe Rudy, 28. Salesman Chris Russo of Morris Plains and science teacher Joe Rudy of Chester tied flares onto helium balloons and launched them in a nearby field on the border of Morris Plains and Hanover. "If there is a single word to describe this ... it is in essence 'stupidity'," Prosecutor Robert Bianchi said at a press conference in Morristown. Bianchi said although there were indictable offenses with which he could have charged the men, he wanted to take a "measured approach" toward the offense.
Between early January and late February, Russo and Rudy used Duct tape, fishing line, roadside flares and balloons to pull off a hoax that had many in North Jersey wondering whether UFOs were hovering over Morris County. The hoax, which took place on five separate nights, involved the pair taping a car flare to fishing line, tying the line to a large helium balloon and launching the balloon into the night sky from a field in Hanover located between American Road and Hanover Avenue. They released as many as 11 balloons at once, all the time videotaping the glowing red lights bobbing and swaying above them.
The perpetrators would have remained unknown if they had not decided to chronicle their hoax on ESkeptic, thereby alerting authorities. In an interview today before the charges were filed, the two men defended the hoax as a "social experiment" and said it was an innocent effort to make people approach claims of the supernatural with a healthy dose of skepticism. The men stopped the hoax after Bianchi issued a statement asking the light-launchers to stop, saying the objects could interfere with aircraft traveling to airports in Morristown and Newark. Bianchi said the fact the two men had stopped their actions after the statement was a factor in the minor charge. Mars – Strange Object Found
Ken Pfeifer writes, After scanning many pictures of the European Space Agency hi-definition pictures of Mars, I have found many strange objects on the Mars surface..The area in question is called the Noctis Labyrinthus. This photo was taken on June 25, 2006 by the European Space Agency and their Mars Express Mission....Their web site is www.esa.int. Once the site comes up for your view, look for the search box on the lower left hand side of the page. Put this code in the box: [sem9zj73r8f] This is the I.D number for the photo. You should be able to bring up the photo for your review. Depending on your computer system , you should be able to get a very good close up of this hi-def photo. US Sightings
Arizona- Strange Photo
PEORIA -- On Friday March 20, 2009, shortly before 8 PM, I thought I saw a large white shooting star descending to earth and lost sight of it behind a building. Almost instantly I saw it shooting up from the same area and I watched the object disappear. This object was white and arching up toward the south. As it gained altitude it seemed to have smaller shooting stars coming from the original object. It continued up until it disappeared. As soon as it disappeared another or the same object appeared traveling parallel to the ground producing smaller versions of itself until they too disappeared. This continued for fifteen minutes and culminated in a white ball turning red with a green fuzzy area around it. This too faded from view then I saw an orange glow that consumed approximately ten percent of the southern sky and nevermade a sound. I was not the only witness as someone else sent in a report. I did not have the digital Rebel XSI 12 mega-pixel with a 100-300mm lens at maximum extension. I grabbed my camera to take the attached photos, but did not have a tripod available which resulted in the blurry photos. Multiple objects appear in the photos due to the length of time the shutter had to remain open to gather enough light. Thanks to MUFON CMS
California - Photo
LONG BEACH -- This photo was taken December 10, 20008, at 4:21 PM, that appears seem to be the same type of craft that was filmed last October in Santa Rosa. I took numerous pictures of that, a white/silver saucer and two other black discs or other V shaped craft overhead. There were a total of four craft in the skies here that day, but I didn't want to report too many sightings for fear of ridicule. However, after seeing the photo of the Santa Rosa sighting, I thought it was important to back up his claim with my photos of a similar craft to show the activity in this area of our country in the last year or so.
Note: This witness has taken several interesting photos in the past and I don't believe the photo is an "out-of-focus" bird or insect. Also it is noteworthy that the witness saw and followed the object in her camera viewer. She stated that the object was moving towards the northwest. It appears to be of triangular shape, but also could be construed as circular. The witness is likely referring to the October 28, 2008 photos taken of a metallic object at San Jose, California
BREA -- I was sitting on my third floor patio on March 1, 2009, at 2 PM, looking south toward John Wayne Airport and Anaheim and noticed a small dark stationary object. I watched it for a few minutes and it was unlike any plane, helicopter, bird, etc. It just hovered. It was difficult to determine exactly how far away it was, but I would guess between 2 and 5 miles, based on the geography of the hills. When I saw the object rise a few hundred feet, I alerted my friend Phil who also wrote off a bird or plane. It would move slowly up and down, then horizontally some distance. We measured the movement and its position by the distance between the telephone poles. We watched for thirty minutes as planes flew by it. My neighbor "Elli" was also mystified. The only explanation I had is that it might have been a kite, but there was little or no wind, plus this object was about 1200 feet high and did not swing from side to side as a kite would naturally do. Colorado -- Triangle UFO Hovers
GRAND JUNCTION -- It was about 9 PM, when I got out of my car and saw a bright light. I pulled out my phone and took footage of many objects flying over the Mesa and forming a v shape. They then came to a complete stop. I capture this on video on my phone it only records short clips, but by the time I could start recording again they moved into a line. They stop then formed together and got really bright then bam, they were gone in seconds. Thanks to MUFON CMS
COLORADO SPRINGS -- We were headed south on I-25 towards Pueblo, when at about 9:30 PM, on March 1, 2009, I saw a bright light in the distance. I thought it a low flying airplane with the bright search light. After about five minutes passed, I realized the object was not moving and we were getting closer. The one light became two distinct lights with a couple red lights in between.
We passed the object at mile marker 129, and could make out three bright white lights in a triangle shape. The object NEVER moved and we noticed two brighter white lights that would blink up high and one of the red lights blinked below. The craft made no sound. We watched almost 20 minutes. Florida- UFO Photo
KEY WEST -- I sighted an object in the sky while driving south near Key West, Florida and photographed this picture. The object was completely still, never moved and was dark in color on October 19, 2007, at 5:40 PM.
Note: The witness took the photo through his windshield while driving south and the enlargement shows that it is not symmetrical and has no conventional shape. The object is not likely to be a spot on the window. Given the witness report and the photo who knows what this object could be? LARGO -- My wife and I were walking on March 17, 2009, at 8 PM, on the corner of Sherwood Dr and Seacrest Drive when I heard a strange noise coming from the southwest. It sounded at first like a car with a bad axle with a repeating whistling noise like a high pitched "whoo-whoo-whoo-whoo." The noise got closer and we could hear as it passed overhead making a Doppler Effect. It appeared to make an oval shaped shadow in the clouds, as if something was passing by over them. Illinois -- Bright Flying Sphere
RIVERSIDE -- On March 17, 2009, at 8:17 PM, an object about as bright and big as Venus passed by. I thought it may have been an airplane but as it passed the brightness remained constant so I am sure it was not an airplane. There were no other lights just a bright blue-white sphere very large and very high. It was moving at a moderate speed about as fast an airliner would fly. Iowa -- Thirty Flying Colored Objects.
VAN METER -- Roger Marsh writes, "Last night at 10:30 PM, I was sitting on my porch and noticed something strange so I retrieved my binoculars and saw a circular object changing colors, beautiful colors I have never even seen before. My cousin and I followed the object up over the corn field even though it was tough to follow due its rapid movements. Another bright object flew directly under the first followed by more. At least twelve bright colored objects formed a line in the sky back over the tree tops and continued their rapid movements. This lasted for thirty minutes when they all separated. I watched until 1:45 AM, as more and more kept appearing each looking identical to the others. I finally went to bed since I had to work the early the next day. Kansas – UFO Takes Off
SCAMMON -- My 17 year old son and I were pulling out of our driveway to pick up my other son on April 4, 2009, at 1:23 AM, and I saw a huge bright light lift off up through the tree line to our north. We both turned and saw a large orange light just above the trees, that I could not make out the shape as it was so bright. My first thought was we were being bombed, but I realized it was going up not coming down. My son is yelling "What is that?" I turned the car north and sped towards it. My son is telling me to call the police and I told him they would think I was crazy. It started moving east and looked like a net was over the top of it.
Just above the orange light something was visible but not lit up and this appeared to have a huge net over it. You could see something under the net like a huge mobile home with the back of it having large bright orange lights brighter than any light I have ever seen. We were both scared. I gave him my cell phone so he could get a picture of it before it moved too far away. The object was much closer to us then it appears in the picture. The object flew east and in less than a minute we could no longer see it. We tried calling my younger son's cell phone several times and he did not answer. We drove the 5-6 blocks back to our house and my son went in to get his cell to see if his brother would answer. The object appeared to be coming back and my son yelled "Its coming back chase it!" We drove towards it but at the edge of town our visibility was blocked by trees and it vanished. We noticed five minutes later that a Sheriff Patrol had come into town. Thanks to MUFON CMS
Massachusetts -- A Silver Boomerang
CAMBRIDGE -- I came up from the T station underground at 5:50 PM, and looked up to see a silver boomerang shape hovering high up in the sky on March 4, 2009. I stared at it, then looked behind me at the moon and a bright star, then turned back around, and saw the object still there. A plane then passed by it at a lower altitude. Missouri -- Wedge Shaped Craft Followed Me
NEOSHO -- On March 4, 2009, at 3:10 AM, I was on my way to work and passed East Newton High School on Highway 86 and looked in my rear view mirror and noticed two amber lights approaching at a steady pace without head lights on. The amber lights looked like parking lights of a car as they came up behind quickly again. I tapped my brakes and slowed some. My tail lights illuminated the outline of a wedge shaped object like a snow plow behind me with two amber lights at the bottom front. I got scared and sped up to 90 mph to get away and the object then dropped back about ten car lengths and seemed to be flying like a craft. As I approached Route H, the object once again speeded up at amazing speed and came up to my rear bumper with its amber lights glowing. The craft was now right behind me and its amber hue engulfed the inside of my car. I could feel heat on my neck, arms, face, and back and could hear a very distinct humming sound. I was terrified and continued to drive 90 mph until I approached a curve in the highway and had to slow. I hit my brakes hard and slowed for the curve.
As I drove around the curve the craft dropped back, the amber hue and heat left my car, and the craft left the road and flew diagonally to the southwest across an open field, but its amber lights were still facing my direction. The craft was now about 150 yards to my left about treetop high. Nevada – Strange Light Photographed
LAS VEGAS -- While traveling from Las Vegas to Los Angeles, California on I-15 South, the witness took this picture from the passenger side of the car on January 21, 2008, at 10.30 AM. His digital camera did not flash and he noticed this object after he viewed his pictures at a later date. He was approximately a hundred miles from Las Vegas. New Jersey -- Orb Shaped UFO Sighting
PRINCETON -- On March 8, 2009, at 7:30 PM, my husband and I were returning his 90 yr old mother to her home and looked up and saw a UFO. We were near Hamilton Street when my mother-in-law stated it couldn't be plane as it didn't move. This UFO hovered at was around 500 feet high and had three large lights shining down which formed the triangular shape. On two of the sides were red flashing lights. ATLANTIC CITY -- On April 1, 2009, at 2:15 PM, standing in back of the Flagship Hotel looking southeast toward Gardner's Basin an orb shaped burning orange object fell straight down. It was in view for five seconds then lost behind houses. It had white smoke trailing behind. This was reported to me by a coworker who wishes to not be involved.
CAPE MAY COURT HOUSE -- I had just returned to from college on April 2, 2009, and went to Arby's to pick up three friends when we noticed an extremely bright low flying light coming directly toward us at 9:45 PM. We were very alarmed as we stood by my car and watched it fly directly overhead and suspected it was something other than a conventional airplane as it made absolutely no sound. We noticed a second much smaller lighted craft traveling above the first craft at a 45 degree angle traveling at exactly the same speed. We began to notice a great many more very similar looking craft flying everywhere we looked. This continued for over three hours as we drove to various parts of the county throughout the night. New York -- Lights and Disc Shaped Object
BROOKLYN -- Great sunny day so I took several pictures from Sunset Park on April 5, 2009, because I wanted to make a panoramic picture. When I downloaded it on my computer and adjusted the contrast, I noticed this white disc. Thanks to MUFON CMS
BROOKLYN -- Two groups of junior high school and high-school age students were in the Borough Park area and observed bright whirling yellow-orange lights over the locale for more than 30 minutes on February 12, 2009, in the early evening. LONG ISLAND -- On March 27, 2009, my girlfriend was driving and I was in the passenger seat and we saw something strange along I-495 near the Sunrise Highway exit. It was a flat white disc shaped object in the middle of the sky just sitting there from 6:30 AM, to 6:45 AM. I studied it for a while thinking maybe it might be a cloud, but the whole was sky was clear so, I figured it wasn't a cloud. It had no wings and no propeller. As she tries to look at it; it starts flying fast to the left and then darting down. I tell her it's starting to move fast, but I was able to keep an eye on it. As we turned into the Green Acres Area in Valley Stream it disappeared. On March 31, 2009, we were driving along the same route and saw a similar object. Oregon -- Two White Lights
CORVALLIS -- On April 4, 2009, at 9:35 PM, my partner and I witnessed the brightest light in the sky north moving away at incredible speed gradually turning from white to red. Then a second light appeared a few degrees higher and about a degree to the west of the first one. It took the exact same trajectory, velocity, brighter, and larger than Venus with a white to red color shift as it faded. There was no flashing lights or indication of aviation lights. The fade from a bright white light to a reddish light reminded me of a Doppler effect. We had similar sightings several time s last year. Virginia -- A Miles Long Luminescent Light
VIRGINIA BEACH -- During the drive to my aunt's house on March 29, 2009, at about 9:30 PM, we notice a very strong huge, miles long luminescent light. This light filled up a large portion of the sky and it was all in the clouds, and then dimmed out. I thought it was the beginning of a lightning storm, locals are saying it was part of the Russian Soyuz. I now this for sure, space junk does not fill up the night sky then disappear. Australia - 30 to 40 Lights in a Circular Formation
SANCTUARY COVE, GOLDCOAST, QUEENSLAND -- My Dad and I just dropped my girlfriend off on March 13, 2009 at 7:15 PM, and were driving down Santa Barbra Road and saw an orange thing in the clouds. My Dan and I thought we saw some bats fly over but both us said, they looked far too big to be bats. Then we saw lights appear in the sky and spiral around in a circular formation like a really big light show. My Dad drove really slowly and they were covering an area far too big to be the Friday night football game in Brisbane. Then in three seconds, all the clouds were vacuumed away into the distance heading west with the lights. It was like a vacuum cleaner sucking a fog like substance out of a jar. Canada -- Egg, Three Pearl White UFOs and Jet Fighters
WINDSOR -- I just got off the bus on March 1, 2009, at 3:30 PM, when I saw an egg shaped UFO rise up from behind a nearby house and levitate there for about three minutes. MONTREAL, QUEBEC -- On March 22, 2009, at 12:53 AM, I was driving parallel to Sherbrooke Street, when my friend pointed to the sky at three ping-pong like pearl white balls flying at about 1000 feet altitude two miles away. All three were in a line with small spaces in-between. The one in the middle looked less white than others. My friend said, "It might be an UFO", but I was skeptical. We then went to our penthouse floor swimming pool, and looked for the object. I thought they were some balls on the wires although we could see no wires. Fifteen minutes later, a CF-188 Canadian Air Force jet fighter dove at 1500 feet right at the balls and went straight to the Westmount area, where it turned around, and passed by the same spot again but much slower. I am knowledgeable in aviation and I know for sure that no planes are allowed to fly that low and that close to the LaSalle neighborhood. It caused the buildings to vibrate. Cyprus – Films of UFO
NICOSIA -- Dr. Wahid Ibrahim reports that at 3 AM, on March 13, 2009, I was visiting Cyprus, and on my way from Nicosia to Larnaca at 23 kilometers distance before Larnaca I recorded by my Mobile phone Nokia 6111 a UFO. Later, I was able to record another over the sea. I recorded two films of the same object, one film on the way and the other film when I arrived to my hotel exactly on the sea shore looking at Larnaca. Egypt -- UFO Photo
LUXOR -- I returned from the trip after taking photos at 10:22 AM, on June 27, 2008, at the Temple of Karnak. This object was not observed in the field but found later in the image. The EXIF info shows focal length of lens of 17mm, which in bright daylight such as this should place everything from two feet to infinity in focus. Shutter speed was 1/250th of a second. Artifact is inconsistent with dust on the sensor. Thanks to MUFON CMS
Greece -- A Elliptic Disc Shaped UFO
THESSALONIKI -- I am writing this on behalf of my friend aka Stella who was the actual witness. She was in a taxi on her way home from work at 8 PM on February 19, 2009, on Main Avenue near the sea. The taxi approached three whitish-pale circulating yellow lights above the avenue that caught her attention. She asked the driver to open her window so she could have a better view and stuck her head out as they drove directly beneath the lights. She saw the underside of an elliptic disc that was three times bigger than a helicopter with a grey matt metallic fuselage. It was hovering a little higher than the Macedonia Palace with three pale yellowish lights circulating around it. It had a small red light in the center and made no noise. She asked her taxi driver to let her off there and by the time Stella got out the UFO had vanished. Thanks to UFOINFO -
Ireland A Bright Orange Light
MULLINGAR, COUNTY WESTMEATH -- The four of us ffirst thought a bright and low burning orange meteor was coming straight at us on February 19, 2009, at 9:30 PM. We realized it wasn't a meteor when it took a right turn. It was like a large orb that changed shape, turned different colors, and went back to the original orb shape. Korea -- Numerous Sightings
South Korea -- On March 31, 2009, a series of deafening sonic booms were heard over the entire nation prompting many to believe they were under alien attack. Now it appears that the deafening roars that set of car alarms and had panicky pedestrians running for cover in sheer terror were probably related to the North Korean satellite launch and the various air forces monitoring the area. None of that stopped virtually every newspaper in the country reporting that Korea might be under UFO attack. Unusual lights or UFOs were seen over a number of cities in the country. Internet sites crashed as people debated as to whether South Korea was facing annihilation at the hands of ETs or devastation as a result of North Korean missiles. Mexico Numerous UFOs Moving Around
CANCUN -- On March 28, 2009, about 12:30 AM, I saw the third shift Mexican workers staring at the sky at the Real Resort Carribe Hotel pool during our spring break. They pointed at moving lights and didn't seem all that surprised that five or six lights were moving randomly and forming a huge square/triangle pattern. Two lights began falling towards the earth spinning around each other as they fell. They stopped falling and shot back up travelling up perfectly parallel to each other. Their movement was obvious, but if they weren't moving I would have easily mistaken them for stars. It was like a parade and they moved on down the beach and away. It was truly amazing. Netherlands - Oval Possible Blimp?
AMSTELVEEN -- On March 4, 2009, at 10:10 PM, I saw an object moving slowly with the wind south of Amsterdam that I first I thought was a blimp as it appeared to be the same shape. It appeared faintly illuminated internally with slow pulsating electric blue lights. The blimp then slowly halted and remained stationary for 30-40 seconds. Then in awe I observed the blimp roll on its side and slowly 'peel off' over the college buildings. The blimp climbed at 15-20 meters perfectly vertically and disappeared into the cloud covered sky. I was within 400 meters of the blimp and although I was in a poorly lit street, the internal illumination made it look just like a blimp with a thin non-metal skin. New Zealand -- Large Yellow/Orange Circular Object
WELLINGTON -- It was quite a bit after dusk on March 4, 2009, and most of the stars were visible when I saw an object about the size of a penny held at arm's length moving like a meteor. It was circular and yellow/orange in color, with a bright center and slightly dimmer radius. It moving slower than a meteor and appeared larger and less bright. Its speed was very consistent, and was becoming more dim as it moved north. Philippines -- Photos of Disc
QUEZON -- On March 4, 2009, I was about to take some food from my house when i saw the strange object hovering near the rooftop. It was low and moving slowly and sometimes it was moving fast. I was shocked and grab my camera. I also noticed some signal interruptions with our radio the same with some appliances like cell phone and television. I was scared especially when it hovers just above us. It just disappeared from a really great speed.
Russia – Maneuvering Object
EKATERINBURG -- I was going home along a narrow driveway, on March 8, 2009, at 7:30 PM, and low above the horizon, I noticed a glowing object moving from left to right and slightly descending. It looked like a bright planet such as Venus, only a yellowish hue. It was too bright and too slow moving for a meteor and took three seconds to cross the sky and disappear behind a row of trees. I hesitated for five seconds but it had gone. I turned to unlock the door and took one more glance to spot the object once again! WESTBURY-on-TRYM BRISTOL -- I was driving home from my girlfriend's house down Henleaze Road on March 14, 2009, at 11:55 PM, when I noticed several large orange fire like lights slowly moving across the sky. I saw a woman with a camera filming so I stopped and asked what the lights were? The guy in the car said, "I think they are Buddhist Lanterns," but his wife said she thought the lights were UFOs. The balls of light were pretty large and moving as fast as a low flying plane.
LONDON -- The nine silver spheres hovered above a row of shops on the internet giant's new Street View Service. Sun News reader Faye Sharpe, 18, discovered them while viewing her Wolverley Street neighborhood in East London. Faye said: "I was checking out the road to see if I could spot my mates. I thought it looked very strange and zoomed in. I thought it was some planes but they look pretty close together for that. Maybe they are UFOs."
Yesterday baffled ufologist Nick Pope said he was "very excited" by the image, which he labeled "truly fascinating". He added: "It appears to show nine objects flying in near perfect formation. About the only thing I know that can do this is the Red Arrows - and it's not them." Mr. Pope, who used to investigate sightings for the Ministry of Defence, said: "I've run through the list of possibilities that normally explain these things, but I can't find an answer." Yesterday The Sun visited the street to talk to locals about the mysterious find. Holly Riding, 19, said: "It's definitely weird." Karishma Daswani, 22, added: "The fact that they are flying in formation is very strange." Oriele Calvert, 44, said: "This is definitely the strangest thing I've ever seen in Bethnal Green."
