It's like the normal flu but more intense. Vomiting, nausea, headache, fever, etc., etc. It's also immune to standard antibiotics like Ibuprofen and Advil. Strange how they're always trying to scare the **** out of everyone, though. Every day they're like "and that brings the death toll to 300. Is it in your state? Your city? Your home? Dun-dun-dun. More at 11...". Remember the 9/11 attack? They stopped talking about it like 6 days later just to keep everyone from panicking. What's the deal this time?

Wow, they are really pushing the obesity and swine flu issue this week. That's all Ive heard about all morning. They are trying to gain public support for the coming Fat taxes and swine flu shots by getting us used to these concepts. It's a "conditioning" tactic through media. I've heard them say at least 3 times already today, that 40% of Americans will catch swine flu this fall during normal flu season. They had press on there talking about how such a good idea it is to get the shot once it's available. But they were sure to mention a possible shortage as well so that people will be pushed to go out and get one right away. Only one person all day has brought up the issue of not knowing the long term effects of such vaccines or shots. They were talking about Swine Flu Parties though and how they were a bad idea. I hadnt heard of these yet but according to msnbc, they are where people get together and intentional subject themselves to swine flu so that their bodies can build the natural immunity to it. I guess this is one alternative to getting the shot. Maybe if it does hit hard this fall, (that is after all, what they are putting in peoples minds so I wont be surprised if it manifest itself in our reality) if you've already had the weaker strain, maybe you'll be okay this fall and already have the natural antibodies to fight it off.

Thx for the links H/A. Those side effects from Tamiflu in the first link, sound worse then the flu symptoms, lol. They can keep their flu shots. I'm not interested in anything that has the potential to cause even more problems. It's just idiotic IMO. I think I'll stick with nature. It's done ok by me for 36 years so why change anything now.

Interesting dialog...
Swine Flu, eh? Remember the panic at the Avian Flu? How about the threat of West Nile virus? Both turned out to be not-so-bad-after-all. I had West Nile back in '01. Yeah, it hit me pretty hard. I was sick, like most people get sick with a flu bug. My joints ached, I had diarrhea (sorry for THAT mental pic, LOL  ), loss of appetite, feeling genuinely crappy, coughing, sore throat, fever--even the hair on my head hurt! But I survived, no worse for the wear, as they say. It did take me a bit longer to recoup, and I did get bronchitis after the flu left me, but I still beat it and came out fighting!
I think Nature is a better handler of such things, so I trust in her judgment more than that of the pharmaceutical companies!
If we just keep our wits about us and use proper hygiene, we should be okay. For those with compromised immune systems...Well, they need to stay indoors and away from sick folk until this flu runs its course...and it will.

Dr. Nancy came on MSNBC today to be sure to tell everyone not to participate in these Swine Flu Parties. Of course, she didnt give a reason why, just not to do it. She also said a list will be released soon that will state who is most at risk and who should get in line first for the shot once it's out. Let me hear a big "NOBODY!"
(roar from the crowd) "NOBODY!"
I agree with Cal. I think we have damaged our natural immune systems by replacing natural healing with drugs and chemicals. It makes sense that some of our bodies natural abilities would atrophy after long term usage of modern meds. Now factor in generations of medicines and you end up with a very weak immune system that relies on drugs to function. Natural evolution should allow for the development of a stronger immune system over time, but with all this drug/med usage, the immune system is not able to do it's job properly. It becomes weaker instead of stronger. We are damaging our own biology. Guess it's ok as long as somebody makes a buck. Sometimes I have to wonder, "Did I choose to come here? This really is an insane world."

Couldn't agree with you more, El! We are diminishing our bodies' natural abilities to heal themselves and to combat diseases and infections, etc. More and more meds is not the answer.
But how do we convince the world?

At one time, i would have agreed with you on this but now, i'm not
so sure. Even if we didn't take any medication at all, we are still
getting bombarded with chemicals from eating processed foods, fast
foods (McDonalds, Burger King, Wendys). Most of our food in the stores
have been preprocessed and chemicals added to them to preserve the
product. We had dyes added to food to make it more appealing. We have
artificial sweeteners in alot of foods these days, whether you want
them our not.
Then we have our radiated meat, milk with bovine growth hormones added
and not to mention all the genetically modified foods that are grown
by the farmers. Did i mention the fluoride in our drinking water?
We got all the body hygiene products like soap with stuff in it that
shouldn't be in there, toothpaste - mouthwash with fluoride added.
How about all those creams and lotions the females love so much.
Then we have all the beauty products used by women. You know there
is stuff in them things that can't be good for your body.
What i'm getting at here is the fact that our bodies have become so
weakened from all of this crap that i don't believe our bodies can
heal themselves any more without medication. After all, isn't that
the purpose of the chemtrails in our skies. To weaken our bodies so
that they can't defend themselves against even common illnesses
any more?
If humans could just go back to the basics in life by catching their
own food and growing their own crops, maybe - in time, our bodies
can rid themselves of all these toxins and enabled them to heal
themselves much more better than they currently can.
As it stands right now, we are just to weak to fight off illnesses
for to long before we need to vitit the doctor. There are those
lucky few who manage to stay away from the doctors office for now
but in time, you all are going to need to see one if things don't
change soon.

I guess someone at abovetopsecret already had registered there so they posted the whole thing on their web site.

#1 - The vaccine production was "rushed" and the vaccine has never been tested on humans. Do you like to play guinea pig for Big Pharma? If so, line up for your swine flu vaccine this fall...
#2 - Swine flu vaccines contain dangerous adjuvants that cause an inflammatory response in the body. This is why they are suspected of causing autism and other neurological disorders.
#3 - The swine flu vaccine could actually increase your risk of death from swine flu by altering (or suppressing) your immune system response. There is zero evidence that even seasonal flu shots offer any meaningful protection for people who take the jabs. Vaccines are the snake oil of modern medicine.
#4 - Doctors still don't know why the 1976 swine flu vaccines paralyzed so many people. And that means they really have no clue whether the upcoming vaccine might cause the same devastating side effects. (And they're not testing it, either...)
#5 - Even if the swine flu vaccine kills you, the drug companies aren't responsible. The U.S. government has granted drug companies complete immunity against vaccine product liability. Thanks to that blanket immunity, drug companies have no incentive to make safe vaccines, because they only get paid based on quantity, not safety (zero liability).
#6 - No swine flu vaccine works
as well as vitamin D to protect you from influenza. That's an inconvenient scientific fact that the U.S. government, the FDA and Big Pharma hope the people never realize.
#7 - Even if the swine flu vaccine actually works, mathematically speaking if everyone else around you gets the vaccine, you don't need one! (Because it can't spread through the population you hang with.) So even if you believe in the vaccine, all you need to do is encourage your friends to go get vaccinated...
#8 - Drug companies are making billions of dollars from the production of swine flu vaccines. That money comes out of your pocket -- even if you don't get the jab -- because it's all paid by the taxpayers.
#9 - When people start dying in larger numbers from the swine flu, rest assured that many of them will be the very people who got the swine flu vaccine. Doctors will explain this away with their typical Big Pharma logic: "The number saved is far greater than the number lost." Of course, the number "saved" is entirely fictional... imaginary... and exists only in their own warped heads.
#10 - The swine flu vaccine centers that will crop up all over the world in the coming months aren't completely useless: They will provide an easy way to identify large groups of really stupid people. (Too bad there isn't some sort of blue dye that we could tag 'em with for future reference...)

H/A, I agree with you but only to a point. Your first paragraph in the first post (2 above this one) explains exactly why we need to cut our meds back as much as possible. We are constantly being bombarded by foriegn chemicals and such, that we don't need to be perpetuating the problem by willingly taking in even more chemicals. It's sort of like trying to keep the contamination of the body to a minimum. The more we cover up problems or symptoms with modern meds, the weaker our natural immune systems become and the more dependant we become on those meds. I wouldnt think all the contaminants in the environment already would make for a good argument for taking more meds. In fact, I would think it would be even more cause against them then for them. Some things we cant get away from but it's our choice to put our kids on Prozac or some other long-term drug. What sucks, is you have so many people out their already trapped in the mad-med cycle. They believe that they need these drugs, their bodies arent strong enough on their own, and they've already conditioned the body to actually need them. Weining yourself off of them could be dangerous for people already dependant on them.

I don't get that bit on "1 million people have been infected". So they have no basis for this "estimation" but assume that a good million are in danger. On the flip side, I think that 302 deaths in 43,771 cases isn't as bad as what they make it out to be. I read that 500,000 people die every year from normal flu.
